Super impressed! We ordered this yesterday at about 1:00 in the afternoon and it arrived UPS today at about 1:00 in the afternoon! Easy to put together and my nephew who has stage 4 stomach cancer is on the road again! I have to say we had a really bad experience with another company here on Amazon: We ordered a scooter that was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, well it turned out to be a scam. Amazon refunded our money & when they were doing that I asked the supervisor to help me pick one from a reputable dealer in the USA and this is what we chose. I am thrilled! AAAAA+++++

Zipr Roo arrived in great condition., very well packed. Assembly was very easy and intuitive. Have not ran it yet but around garage it is working. Had small issue identifying serial number but Product Support was fast and very courteous. Added surprise, it has blue LED's under the frame :-)

Scooter worked for 4 days and then refused to start. Contacted the seller who stalled for days saying checking tech support. Seller told me to disassemble Tiller to make simple fix, coupler in Tiller needs tightening. I am recouping from femur surgery and unable to attempt repair seller suggests maybe neighbor or friend. I explain I'll try once I'm better. I disassemble tiller, nothing but a bunch of wires. Seller says coupling in Tiller tube. NO way I am not capable of repairing their equipment. Seller has stalled and is not someone you would want to buy from. I am stuck with a 500 dollar piece of junk. BUYERS BEWARE

I looked at renting a mobility scooter down at Disney but decided to take this one instead. It is five pieces that easily, yet securely go together. I had trouble with the battery but that was 100% my fault (rushing to try it out). Over and above Disney, I can now go walking with my family (you control the speed and easily stay right with the slowest walker), take it to events such as fairs or even just a Family BBQ. It is so easy to drive, my six-year-old granddaughter drove it around the driveway (safely). We have races with Minny Mouse Car, little jeep convertible and Nana on her scooter! Thank you ZipR Team.

Oh boy my mobility cart arrived and simple set up, fully charged and ready to go. I own a KIA Soul and have nomal space in rear hatch. I removed the seat and battery and lifted it up with a little help. The front and back of the scooter have very stable hand holds. Now the seat wasn't built for the best comfort but considering I only paid $499.00 if you have mobility issues forget medicare or insurance. Amazon will let you pay over 6 Mos. Still satisfied after a month. There are issues with turning radius in doors. Remember 1 important thing. If you need to get around this will do it. During a trip to Buloxi I noticed in the casino there were a lot of this brand. I still highly recommended this mobility cart. Lastly I have a kia soul and if I take out the battery 1st I can get it in the Hatchback . Thanks Harold Risch
