The battery is a pain to get installed correctly. I bought this scooter because it's portable. I don't need it at home, I need it when I go to dog shows or conventions, so I need something I can take with me. I have been able to use it only 1 time. Now the battery squeals as soon as it is installed, and it just beeps. I believe there's a short somewhere. Right now I've paid all this for NOTHING. Sending it back will cost more than I'll get back. So I'm stuck with a POS. I created a support ticket but NO ONE ever got back to me. I've tried calling but you can never speak to anyone even during WORKING hours. Ao i'll just have to continue renting one at shows which is expensive since this would have paid for itself in short order. But I'm screwed. ... show more

The scooter is great overall, real peppy. The only problem is the hold down for the battery does not properly secure the battery. When going over large bumps it loses power.

The Scooter came packaged very good! My husband put a few pieces together and battery was already mostly charged. But we charged it fully. With a hip, knee and foot injury, It helps give me more freedom to get around. I initially wanted the color Blue but it was sold out. A minor issue really for it was just a personal preference. The red is bright and gets a lot of attention. I have two led lights, a horn, battery monitor, a speed dial from turtle to rabbit. hahahaha The basket will certainly serve its purpose. Has good stability and good turning ratios. The tiller was adjusted towards front to give more room. I can parallel this one better than my SUV. A good product and value. ... show more

Bought this for wife who’s unable to walk any distance over 50 feet without having to sit down. Don’t usually comment but think there’s a issues that seniors should know. This item should not be used to go to shopping. The back drive and two wheels are very had to disassemble and reinstall (I was a car mechanic and owed two repair shops) hard for smaller men and ladies to get in and out of a car. Otherwise price and performance of cart good if no need to assemble and take apart . Bought her another on that’s lighter and easy to lift and assemble for shopping ... show more

This has been the answer for my 84 yr old father in law we've been looking for. He loves this thing! Okay, now for the bad...The horn / buzzer. Buzzer is so loud it actually distorts the speaker. So it nows sounds blown. Horn is the same sound as the buzzer. I think there should be an actual horn..No one will notice this buzzer sound if you are more than 10 feet away. Troubleshooting codes should be blinking lights, not buzzer sounds, cause once the speaker blows, you have nothing! Also hard to figure out how many beeps just went by though counting. Over all great product, would recommend, nice to see him mobile again. ... show more
