We needed something durable, able to be broken down to fit inside our SUV, and affordable. Super impressed! We ordered this yesterday at about 1:00 in the afternoon and it arrived UPS today at about 1:00 in the afternoon! Easy to put together and my nephew who has stage 4 stomach cancer is on the road again! I have to say we had a really bad experience with another company here on Amazon: We ordered a scooter that was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, well it turned out to be a scam. Amazon refunded our money & when they were doing that I asked the supervisor to help me pick one from a reputable dealer in the USA and this is what we chose. I am thrilled! AAAAA+++++

I purchased the Zipr Roo 4 Wheel Scooter and this product is very poorly built. The seat is unstable and you have no room to put your feet on the foot platform. This scooter will not work for me. The Amazon site showed easy returns, however, when I started the return for this terrible product, Zipr informed me that I must pay return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. The UPS quote to return this product was $500. Unless you have size 5 feet or smaller and are okay with a very shaky unstable seat, Do not buy this product.

Oh boy my mobility cart arrived and simple set up, fully charged and ready to go. I own a KIA Soul and have nomal space in rear hatch. I removed the seat and battery and lifted it up with a little help. The front and back of the scooter have very stable hand holds. Now the seat wasn't built for the best comfort but considering I only paid $499.00 if you have mobility issues forget medicare or insurance. Amazon will let you pay over 6 Mos. Still satisfied after a month. There are issues with turning radius in doors. Remember 1 important thing. If you need to get around this will do it. During a trip to Buloxi I noticed in the casino there were a lot of this brand. I still highly recommended this mobility cart. Lastly I have a kia soul and if I take out the battery 1st I can get it in the Hatchback . Thanks Harold Risch

I looked at renting a mobility scooter down at Disney but decided to take this one instead. It is five pieces that easily, yet securely go together. I had trouble with the battery but that was 100% my fault (rushing to try it out). Over and above Disney, I can now go walking with my family (you control the speed and easily stay right with the slowest walker), take it to events such as fairs or even just a Family BBQ. It is so easy to drive, my six-year-old granddaughter drove it around the driveway (safely). We have races with Minny Mouse Car, little jeep convertible and Nana on her scooter! Thank you ZipR Team.

We purchased the scooter for my wife's usage. The scooter works well as it is light and easy to take apart for travel. BUT. The reason for the 3 or lower star is that my wife is only 5"7" , 155# and cannot sit comfortably on the scooter due to the short foot area. She either has to have her legs over the front or back so close they cramp. This may be ok for a 2 minute ride but not for any longer. If they had an adjustable seat that would give more room would help or a flat surface to place your feet.

The Star Level may increase, but we just received the unit and haven't had a chance to use it yet. Note: Watch the assembly video on the Amazon site instead of the one they ask you to scan. The Amazon video is much clearer and would have saved me one reassembly of the seat assembly, but it was easy. We ordered it on July 27 (a Sunday) and were told it would arrive on August 1. It was one working day late, but considering it was free shipping from Washington State to Florida, we can't complain. The initial assembly took less than an hour, including the mix-up I had with the seat. Disassembling and reassembling for transportation in the car will take only about 10 minutes, I'm guessing, as we haven't done it yet, but it's only a matter of inserting and tightening. Also, make sure your battery terminals make good contact with the unit's motor contacts. We will update this after some usage!
