I read a lot of adds and read a lot of reviews. This little Zip'r Roo is exactly what I needed at a price I could handle. I am old and no longer feel safe driving. Nor am I able to walk very far. Fortunately for me, most everything I need can be delivered. Being without a car left me with managing my yard waste and recycling that my mobile home park does not pick up. I needed a powered something with the only requirement being I could transport a five gallon bucket or equivalent. This little scooter does the job. It doesn't go fast (3.7mph) tops, and it works hard to get up the hills on the park, but it gets me where I need to go with my bucket or bag between my knees. I love it!

Oh boy my mobility cart arrived and simple set up, fully charged and ready to go. I own a KIA Soul and have nomal space in rear hatch. I removed the seat and battery and lifted it up with a little help. The front and back of the scooter have very stable hand holds. Now the seat wasn't built for the best comfort but considering I only paid $499.00 if you have mobility issues forget medicare or insurance. Amazon will let you pay over 6 Mos. Still satisfied after a month. There are issues with turning radius in doors. Remember 1 important thing. If you need to get around this will do it. During a trip to Buloxi I noticed in the casino there were a lot of this brand. I still highly recommended this mobility cart. Lastly I have a kia soul and if I take out the battery 1st I can get it in the Hatchback . Thanks Harold Risch

I was very upset with this purchase. I brought it for my Mom to get around the Disney parks. We were excited that it was not to heavy, it took two of us to lift, and it was nice. We were very disappointed that it wouldn't stop beeping once we inserted the key. I sent messages, emailed, and called the seller. One thing I can say is that they responded and tried to help diagnose the issue. However, they kept providing the same resolution which did not work. I went to a local mobility scooter store for advice and was told to ask if the seller has a technician in the area. The seller explained that the beeping helps them to diagnose the problem, so technician information was not provided. I asked if they could replace the battery, but they gave me instructions for going to a battery store or ordering a new battery from them. Both options would be out of pocket costs for me. I was extremely disappointed and my Mom was frustrated. She told me to send it back! Unfortunately, that venture resulted in the loss of hundreds of dollars, even as a Prime member because I had to pay to ship it back and pay a restocking fee! The battery was defective when the product was sent. I should not have to pay for that! Very frustrated and disappointed!!!

Amazing car, bought it for my dad that is 90 and I found it very easy to transport in the airport and in the car as well. Just be sure you might need someone to help you uploaded and download from the car because it is heavy but overall is great and the battery last for a great time

Good scooter! Just wish it could fold up. Otherwise, will have to depend on a vehicle with a lift or a ramp, restricting travel.

Zipr Roo arrived in great condition., very well packed. Assembly was very easy and intuitive. Have not ran it yet but around garage it is working. Had small issue identifying serial number but Product Support was fast and very courteous. Added surprise, it has blue LED's under the frame :-)

We purchased the scooter for my wife's usage. The scooter works well as it is light and easy to take apart for travel. BUT. The reason for the 3 or lower star is that my wife is only 5"7" , 155# and cannot sit comfortably on the scooter due to the short foot area. She either has to have her legs over the front or back so close they cramp. This may be ok for a 2 minute ride but not for any longer. If they had an adjustable seat that would give more room would help or a flat surface to place your feet.
