I don't even know where to start with useless pile of dung. I wish I could give it zero stars. First off, the legs are made of chinsy plastic that I know for a fact will not hold up, but I did not even get to the point to worry about that. After I got it upstairs by myself with great back pain, I got it setup and immediately noticed that something wasn't right. I got the tape out and measured, it is not even close to fitting a queen size mattress of 60x80. Sure enough I go to the product specs and it's dimensions are accurately noted as being well short of queen sized. Now it may be my fault for not checking the dimensions, but when a frame is listed as a queen I'm making the assumption that is going to fit a queen size mattress. Then there is the remote that would not pair, the instructions are atrocious. So then I had to get it back downstairs and initiate a return. I wouldn't normally worry since Amazon has been great about returns, but this is second time in the past few months I've had to return a frame. First one was absolutely no fault of my own. They sent a king size instead of a queen. I went to my order history and it clearly stated that I had ordered a queen. My suggestion is to ignore what these deceptive manufacturers list their beds as and look at the actual dimensions. Now I'm a nervous wreck that I'm not going to get my 430$ back, I really can't afford to this cost, and now I'm sleeping on the floor without a frame until I find out what's going to happen regarding the refund. ... show more

Works well. People have had a hard time pairing the remote. On the product page you can download from Amazon. Pulled the top right and bottom left buttons of the remote for 15 seconds that will reset it. Then take the batteries out of the remote. Wait a few seconds. Put them in. You now have 10 seconds to pair the remote. Again, hold down the top right and bottom left buttons simultaneously for five seconds. Then let go. Should be working ... show more

It arrived, no damage to the box. Missing one cogpin. The remote will not pair with the power adapter so the bed will not work. I called Zinus, The manufacturer, they would not help, said to call Amazon. I’d had the product less than 30 minutes, so much for the 5 year warranty.

-The AC to DC adaptor has a bay for (2) 9V batteries, these are not needed for the frame to work. I am an electrical engineer and was confused by this at first. -Took me a few tries to pair the remote to the bed. If it doesn’t work the first time, unplug the bed and take the batteries in and out of the remote. -The legs are plastic (questionable) so when you flip the bed have a friend help so you don’t put the weight of the heavy steel frame onto the plastic legs- they may get damaged as you can see in other review photos. -Very cozy positions and you can raise and lower the bed while 2 people are laying down. I tested with 2 people and 310lbs. total weight. -My fiancé is 5’6” and I am 6’2” and both of our heights can rest very comfortably. ... show more

Decided to go with an adjustable bed bc of back problems. GREAT price of furniture. Easy to put together. The zero g position is wonderful & I use the head raised at night for snoring. Easier than propping up pillows. Also great for reading in bed.
