I've had this bed frame for 30 days now and determined this adjustable bed fame works very well in conjunction with my new Nola membrane mattress. It set up very easy, just fold it in to place, tighten brackets. Legs screw on in six places making for a sturdy base, no sway from side to side. It is a heavy bed frame. The motors are quiet and smooth for head and foot. Automatic stops at both up and down. The wired remote works well BUT be very careful not to drop it and damage it. Overall, good buy. -The AC to DC adaptor has a bay for (2) 9V batteries, these are not needed for the frame to work. I am an electrical engineer and was confused by this at first. -Took me a few tries to pair the remote to the bed. If it doesn’t work the first time, unplug the bed and take the batteries in and out of the remote. -The legs are plastic (questionable) so when you flip the bed have a friend help so you don’t put the weight of the heavy steel frame onto the plastic legs- they may get damaged as you can see in other review photos. -Very cozy positions and you can raise and lower the bed while 2 people are laying down. I tested with 2 people and 310lbs. total weight. -My fiancé is 5’6” and I am 6’2” and both of our heights can rest very comfortably. ... show more

    • So Easy to Setup!
You literally just have to screw the legs in (no tools required) and then plug the motors into the power brick thing and you're ready to go! So freaking easy! It has two motors, which I wasn't expecting but is so nice and will last longer! Even with the full 3-piece legs it is shorter than I expected, but my headboard can luckily be lowered to match up! I did it all on my own, depending on the types of floors you have, you can easily push it into the room and go from there. If you have to walk up any stairs, even just a couple to your door step, I highly suggest having somewhere there to help or VERY CAREFULLY roll it ( I guess that's the best terminology I can think of right now) to get it into the house. I needed this due to having really bad reflux and I have to sit up at night but with just using Pillows I will move them out of the way in ny sleep and get sick. With the Adjustable Bed Frame, it sits up almost 90 degrees when you include the mattress on it. I love that the feet can be raised as well! And the retainer bar is awesome to keep the mattress from sliding off. I did a TON of research and this one had the best reviews, price, and was the best option for me, personally. ... show more

First night sleeping on it. No instructions were included, but it was very easy to put together. Took me about 20 minutes to do it by myself. The motor is very quiet. seems to be very nice and sturdy. I placed the bed on risers because of my arthritis, it’s very hard to stand up in the morning. After making the bed I played with the remote. The bed actually will raise you up which I was not aware of . similar to a hospital bed. Silly me, I ordered the bed on July 6 it’s stated that it was two day shipping, I got rid of my old bed thinking it would be here in two days, have been sleeping on the floor until I received it today on July 22. ... show more

I bought this bed upon arrival the interior of the box was decently destroyed. I opened it up and we ended up to installing everything. Once everything was installed I plugged it in. The top section was working then the bottom section stopped, I heard a crackling sound then smelt my mattress starting to burn. The motor blew up and sprayed what seemed to be oil from the hydraulic motor and at the same time the harness caught on fire enough to melt some of my memory foam mattress. We luckily unplugged it and got the frame and mattress outside. I understand things happen and you can’t trust everything you buy but when I mentioned this multiple times to the company they just ignored me. I’ve never had a problem with and item like this until now but luckily Amazon came to the rescue and helped me with my return. This was my mistake with purchasing an off brand electric adjustable bed. I understand accidents happen but you will have zero I mean zero support from this zenus company. They pawn their defective items onto Amazon so they can deal with it. I read other reviews too after my incident. You’re on your own. ... show more
