    • VERY DANGEROUS NOT ADVISABLE TO USE
There are no inside ties to keep this up to stop you from running over the front of it and then pulling your head down into the steering handle bars. It does work it's way down as you are driving. I was also soaked after using it. I'm not sure how the rain got in, but it did.

I can see this tearing very easily because it’s very thin… Must be very careful when handling it one small tear and it renders it useless…however, it does cover the scooter AND ME👍🏼

Was too small and did not cover past the handles on my scooter. The plastic see through part sewn with fabric was OK but very thin fabric it blew off in the wind. A poncho for rainy days is better to keep you dry than this item was and room to keep ones mobility scooter dry.
