It seems like a good item but after trying it with my galaxy note 20 it did not work well. the stabilizer has a tough time holding up my phone and it cant rotate 365 degrees because the phone hits the bottom. It was very confusing on how to actually activate the device to start stabilizing.     • Smooth Video Is EASY with this Gimbal
The media could not be loaded. Creating a smooth recording has always been a pain when your using a camera phone. You end up covering the microphone hole, the video is anything but smooth and your hand can get tired. With this gimbal you can eliminate these things and do it for a reasonable price. The media could not be loaded. I had been looking for a Gimbal for my phone for a few months now. I had read reviews, and many of them promised great features. I decided to try this one out because it seemed to have a lot of the features I was looking for. I am extremely impressed with this little Gimbal so far! First of all, its very compact. You can easily throw it in a back pack and take it with you. Its also very well made. It feels sturdy and its nice to hold. The built in features work great! Face tracking is amazing! I can set this thing up on a table, with the included stand and it will follow my face around so that I am center. The application it uses also has some cool built in features. This is honestly the perfect accessory for vloggers or anyone that wants a nice stable video, while they are out. The extender also makes it very easy to capture a great selfie. 1) I'm not into being forced to download an app to use this. Especially none rated at 2.5 stars for Android. I don't want to make an account, register & use their camera app - that alone is a non starter for me 2) it is not intuitive to use. 3) the clamp mechanism is awful on a Samsung S20+ with any sort of minimalist case as the clamps are not deep enough to hold the phone. In fact, they want to deform the case & since not deep enough, aren't reliable to hold a phone. You might get 1 side to clamp, the other won't reach around the other side of the phones edge lip. Bought for my son with an iPhone SE 2020 and it doesn’t sync with the phone. My iPhone 11pro does better but it can easily lose the subject you’re trying to track. There are hardly any instructions on what to do. It’s pretty useless.

    • Unclear poorly translated manual...not for freshman
The product looks really cute but the manual is really ambiguous and does not tell us how to use it properly....the app is badly translated too. You really need to consider hiring a local English speaking person to redo the manuals, especially how to use the product. I cannot learn how to make it follow me when shooting the videos, no where in the manual has clearly indicated how to do that. Had to return. ... show more

I wanted this to work so badly and it just doesn't. You can't walk around naturally and it does not follow smoothly. After days and days of trying it just wasn't working. I returned it.
