Nicely surprised at how great this works! Easy to use. So glad for the remote too. I use it daily and my leg muscles are super strong now. I didn't have pain to relieve so I can't talk to that but I like being able to cut my exercise time down because of this device. One carabiner that hooks the side band was broken, but it's easily replaceable. I use hand weights anyway since the tension on the bands isn't what I prefer. So I don't miss it. Good price. I use this product for my pediatric occupational therapy practice. I have two in separate large therapy gyms and just purchased another for my small sensory gym. The product arrived this time without a plug! I contacted the seller through Amazon, I was promptly answered, and I was offered money back to go buy my own plug.     • Sturdy and well made. I would recommend.
I sit for 12 hrs a day so this works nice to get some circulation in my legs. I would recommend you put a slight bend in your knees and not lock them or it is hard on your hips. Very well made but I give it a 4 only because it is so big and heavy and the instructions leave a lot to be desired.

I didn't know what to expect but I was anticipating the arrival of it. When I first used it I was surprised that it made me feel like I had a full workout, so I continued it daily and have noticed that I'm losing inches rapidly. Oh it helps my back as well.     • I have been very happen till wire somehow broke
I use this product for my kids with OT issues and love it. I actually saw this product in few OT gyms and that is why I decided to get one on my own. The product has been working great till one day out of the blue it broke down. I have been trying to contact seller through Amazon and somehow unsuccessful.
