I love this treadmill mostly because of the smaller size and the ability to fold it up since I live in an apartment. I use it for thirty minutes of fast pace walking each day. I did have a technical issue with the treadmill. I contacted the company and they were excellent. Customer service responds very quickly to emails and works diligently to help you solve the problem. Customer service was able to solve the problem to my satisfaction. Because of the respect and care Customer service has shown, I would order from this company again.

Seller did not mention that it was inclined and not adjustable. I would not have bought it if he had. I raised the back with a board so it wasn't so hard - I have COPD and it's hard enough to walk on level ground. The operating instructions are not clear as to how to change the settings. The walking pad is not padded - it's like walking on the floor-not good for arthritic feet. Also not mentioned in desctiption. Not real happy with it but can't afford to just give it away and get anither one. I would not recommend it.

This treadmill is very simple to assemble and is perfect for my small space. I have bad back and I would like it to go a little slower, even in the slower setting still goes a little too fast for me, but that is just because of my back. So far is been working great though I only have use it for a couple of weeks.

The treadmill is decent for the price but it has several attributes I strongly dislike. If I could give 2.5 stars I would. Likes: Adjustable speed Speakers sound good when plugged in Emergency cord Folds up easy Stylish to the eyes Dislikes: First, the belt is super short and tiny. There isn't much leg room to work with. It is almost like you have to close your legs up in order to not touch the sides while working out. I am five foot and I have to adjust my running style to work with this machine. Second, the machine comes at incline and there is no way to adjust the incline level. I wouldn't have bought this machine if I knew that. I prefer to run on a flat surface. Lastly, do not believe the Bluetooth feature. You have to download an app to get the Bluetooth stuff to work and the app you need to download for this machine has a horrible review rating . I have tried using it and it isn't very good. Overall, if you can afford to buy a more expensive machine; do not buy this one. This machine is enough to get you by but it isn't a machine worth keeping. It will do for now but I am disappointed with the dislikes I mentioned above. I will most likely purchase a better machine when I can afford to do so.
