I am glad I purchased this ab machine. Very easy to assemble. I only had to attach the handlebar, monitor and pads. The machine is very smooth and easy to glide. Folds up nicely to move from room to room.

by far the cheapest piece of equipment (or anything for that matter) that I've purchased from Amazon. does not come with building instructions. metal welded over where you are supposed to insert screws. laziest manufacturing I've seen in a while.
