I really hate going to the gym. I look pretty good for being 60 but I'm out of shape. I'm facing double knee replacement and need to strengthen prior so recovery is quicker. I do this from the comfort of my own home with nobody around to watch me except my dogs. (My husband goes to his studio while I'm working out. ;-) No driving in traffic. No other people's sweat. No money spent on a personal trainer and no more paying for guided tissue stretching! Plus yoga, Pilates and Thai Chi (though my unit lists it as something different). There are just so many classes to explore! Was it a chunk of money? Yes! But it's helping me progress. I do three workouts a week, from 20-40 minutes depending on what I choose. I have the AI coach working on my positioning and form without yelling at me. Just a soft "ding" and I look up and read the screen. Setup was super easy but I opted for specific room delivery and let me tell you, those guys earned it! This thing is heavy. But it's built like a tank and it seems very durable. Time will tell. Working out with it is awkward at first, trying to get all the parts to connect with blue tooth. But once you get a sense of how it all works together that becomes easy. There are minimal instructions but you figure it out. I have not had to call customer support yet! So far I like all of the trainers I've used but one is overdubbed in English and it is a bit strange. I think they used AI to translate him. Some of the words don't work but it doesn't keep me from finishing a workout with him. The app doesn't really sync well with the actual machine but that's definitely not a deal breaker for me. Oh. It looks nice in the living room. (I have a gym room that's just off the living room, but it's not air conditioned and the ceiling is super low. I just don't enjoy the space. It was once a gardening room that has been converted.) AEKE takes up very little space and looks good doing it. After 4 weeks, I have zero regrets so far for laying down the money to purchase this. I hope it continues to work well and help me get healthy and strong!

Great home gym system! I’ve been using the Aeke K1 for a month about 3-4 times a week. I really enjoy it and can feel I’m getting stronger. I especially like that I can get in a quick cardio, Pilates, strength training , or stretching session whenever I want. I like it so much that I decided to purchase the bench a couple of weeks later. It came nicely packaged and since I needed it upstairs , I paid for the room of choice delivery and tipped both of the delivery personnel as it is a heavy box and takes 2 people. It looks very nice displayed in my room and I love how it can be a mirror or display wallpaper from my phone or Aeke when not in use. The accessories provided are all excellent quality. I don’t have a separate workout space so this fits into my everyday living space.

I've been using Aeke every other day for several months and really appreciate the technology. I feel I get good, safe workouts and have some fun doing it. It's thoughtfully constructed and the workouts push me to do better. I didn't give it 5 stars only because there are several issues that need to be addressed. The handles are great but too easy to push the button so the weight disconnects. Also, they need to put in pauses in the workouts to give you time to set up for the next exercise. These are minor issues thst I have told them about and they seem very responsive. Overall, I live the machine and feel I am benefiting from it.

I’ve been lifting for a while, so I had pretty high expectations. This machine is surprisingly solid. The resistance is smooth, it’s easy to switch between exercises, and it saves so much space. I still go to the gym occasionally, but this has become my go-to for most of my workouts. Very happy with it!

Bought the bundle and am absolutely thrilled. Built quality is exceptional. I had problems at first to get a reliable WiFi connection but a firmware upgrade solved the issue. The exercices are fun and it makes you want to work out. It is also a nice looking piece of equipment. Customers support is reactive and solved an issue I had with the HR arm band very quickly. I highly recommend everyone wishing to train at home to have a look at the AEKE K1.

I really hope this product improves. The issue is that we had a Tonal for 5 years … it was our COVID purchase. We ended up having to move to another state and didn’t want to incur the cost to move it so we deactivated our account and left it with the house. I dislike gyms so wanted another system but I always struggled with the monthly cost that came with Tonal so I was excited to try AEKE. I’ve had it almost 2 months now and it’s had a few updates but it’s still just not nearly as good. The cables don’t move smoothly and even though the updates say they are fixing the count issues, it still continues to have issues counting and I think it’s because the cables just aren’t smooth. I emailed support about it skipping ahead in programs and they wanted me to record it … ya no, I’m not figuring out how to prop up my phone to record this and hope it catches it. I just stopped doing the programs and I’m sticking to a custom workout plan. The AI correction on form is good though, I do appreciate that because it has a little guide that follows your movements actually showing what is right rather than just telling you it’s wrong with no idea on how to really fix it. The biggest issue is the app, it’s terrible. I can’t get any information on workouts/moves I’ve done to see my progression. That’s one of the draws of these machines is to not have to write it all down. It’s just lacking in actual useful data in my opinion. If you can afford the alternative, I would recommend that. The only thing this has going for it at the moment is that it doesn’t have to mount to a wall, no monthly subscription, and I am not hardcore into lifting so it’s probably good enough for my needs but I really don’t see how anyone serious about lifting would be happy with it.

This machine is great! The hardware was the most important thing for me when comparing different smart gym brands - software always gets updated and improved over time, but having something that is built to last and has the quality to back that up is essential. The aeke achieves that. The machine itself is extremely heavy, stable and well-built, the panel folds up and down by itself, and even the bench and accessories are the best quality I have seen. The software is also really good - the tutorials are extremely clear and easy to understand, and the AI-generated training is perfect for me and very intense. Of course, there are still improvements to be made in the software (especially regarding lagging of tutorials and adding additional features), but I have already seen a major update come out since owning the machine, and it is very clear that they are committed to continuously improving the software. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this purchase!
