AWFUL experience!!!! Not only did my grill come pre-scratched, but several components were bent which I ignored as I was excited for my first smoker. This thas been NOTHING less than a headache. Btw the 450 only fits about 4 whole chicken legs. One it doesn't hold temp, overheated to almost 500 during my first cook. Then it just stopped holding temp all together and just kept dropping after trouble shooting. I lost $100 worth of meat, RUINED after fighting with this grill all day. Customer service wasn't much help and responses take about 24 hours, so if you're in the thick of it, don't bother! Wifi disconnects as soon as you walk away and if you're over 5'4", this would be really annoying to use as it is so short. AI features aren't fully developed and the app is kind of worthless grill was almost 400 and it doesn't even notify you if it goes outside of your desired temp. You basically gave to watch the grill all day. Waste of money and time.

I love this little guy. It’s made cooking so easy I can turn it on and change settings on an app on my phone. I had held up well for 3 months. If this one ever stop a working I’d buy it again. The size of perfect for my family of 5. I’m looking for a cover for the weather but so far it’s been tough resisting rust and a strong design.

The media could not be loaded. My wife got this for me as a Christmas present and I couldn’t be happier with it. They have a variety of easy to follow recipes that tell you exactly what to do. I made some ribs (which I have never done before) and it cooked them absolutely perfectly. All I did was follow the AI’ recipe and added my own seasoning and the rib was literally falling off the bone. The temperature control is great, smoke level was perfect, literally everything about this is perfect. I’m gonna try some ribeyes next and I can’t wait!

My first pellet grill so I went inexpensive and small. This grill works great and is so easy to use. Set the temp and it holds really steady. Two probes to track internal meat temp. It’s so nice to keep and eye on everything on my smart phone. I cooked and 8.5 lb prime rib roast and it came out perfect.
