I purchased the RIP Strength Trainer 7-Pack to help train my son for wrestling, and the quality exceeded expectations. The range from 50LB to 350LB makes it ideal for progressive strength building, from beginner to advanced. These things are great and seem very durable. Had them for a couple years now with no issues. Only drawback is they can be a little rough on bare hands. Definitely need to use gloves or wrap them in a towel when using.

Got these as a gift from my son. Not sure what to make of that? They actually do work well and are a good stress reliever. A good firm handshake seems to have been forgotten, not valued, or taught anymore. I'm still a fan but probably old fashioned I guess. Anyhow, I like them.
