We bought this patio table to replace an old rusty steel table that we were tired of repainting. It can support an umbrella without needing a separate base, and it's aluminum so it can't rust and is lighter weight. It was hard to find an affordable aluminum table, but this one was perfect. One other we considered had complaints about parts not lining up, getting damaged in shipping often, etc; we selected the Phi Villa table instead, because the two reviews at the time we ordered said it was shipped well-protected and had no problems with assembly. It definitely lived up to our expectations and is a high-quality product. We didn't want to spend the extra money on metal chairs to go with it, so we found a good inexpensive alternative at Lowes. Plastic chairs in a dark brown that almost matches the table, with a nice back design that reminded me of some of the patterns in the tabletop. I've attached a photo of these chairs with this table.

When the package with the table arrived, I was immediately concerned. How does a round table arrive in a rectangular box instead of square? Well because the top comes in two pieces. I looked back at the information provided on the web site thinking maybe I missed something in the description. Nope! Nowhere does it say the top is in two pieces. The only hint is when looking at and enlarging the images afterward. While the table did go together easily and is sturdy, I would have ordered something different if I knew the table top was in two pieces. I include some images of the finished product.

I purchased this to fit very specific criteria: less than 40" diameter, aluminum (to protect from rust), lightweight, center hole for umbrella, non-solid surface (to allow rain to pass through), and adjustable feet. I have it surrounded by four swivel patio chairs (from HD) and it looks fantastic. It takes up much less room than most tables but has sufficient space for casual dining. Adjustable feet ensure it's perfectly level on any surface. It was simple to assemble and came well-packaged. Highly recommended if you're in the market for something on the smaller side but with high style and a lot of features.
