We recently re-modeled to change our kitchen/breakfast nook/dining room/family room into one large open concept living space which opened up our floor plan to make an ideal place for vacuum robots to take over the floor maintenance duties. We had no criteria for selecting a robot vacuum…so we went with the most affordable. And we couldn’t be more happy because our little vacuum goes to work for us at our command; he wakes up, disengages from his charging port, and happily goes to work dodging us and the furniture with no complaints, no groaning or moaning or complaining about how he “…always has to do chores…”. When done, he parks himself and starts charging for the next effort. Very pleasant demeanor and kind, gentle beeps and tones that tell us he is happy and well fed:). We empty his little bin and are stunned by the amount of debris he picks up, especially fine particles that would otherwise be left on the floor. And….Our floors are spotless! We love live live this guy. Now…what do we name him?

I always read a few dozen reviews, keywords before deciding to make a purchase. I trusted what I read from others and honestly I’m truly impressed. I bought this to replace a Shark robot vacuum that I’ve had for a couple of years. This puts it to complete shame and costs a whole lot less. This vacuum is a little noisier than the Shark I had, but the noise is due to the strong suction it uses, and therefore cleans much better. I take my dog to the beach every morning and my husband works construction but even still this does an amazing job cleaning up after us. It is much more intelligent than my Shark as far as it’s routes, and it makes its way home on its own to charge when finished. I very highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. This product is easy to use. I would recommend anybody looking into a robot vacuum to get one. This one has been doing a fine job. We just hit a snag or two. She would get stuck and it's been in circles and then shut off. I found the problem was there was a butt ton of hair compounded in the front wheel. Once I got rid of that it started to work again. However it would get the spinnies and then shut down. I try to reset it I tried to give it more rest and nothing is working. But the day I wrote the company she seems to be back to normal. I am just looking forward to using the app and attaching my phone to the vacuum.

I ordered this product and used it for several months. Suddenly, the vacuum would not charge or go onto the charging dock. I contacted the company because on the product it said "one year warranty please contact us". They at first replied and gave some trouble shooting ideas. When I responded that the product was still not responding they would not reply to me. I emailed them several times over several weeks with no response. There is no telephone number provided. I paid over $200 for this vacuum and they could not even respond when it was still well within warranty. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU WANT TO USE IT FOR MORE THAN A FEW MONTHS! TOTALLY DISSATISFIED!

I've read the bad reviews but decided to try this one. I was concerned because of the price - you know, you get what you pay for. I have all hardwood floors, a husband, dog, and cat and live in the country. So ... this is a little round thing that scoots on the floor. sometimes it gets stuck, I have to empty the bin, and add water and clean the pad. I don't expect it to do the same job I do with my spin mop. Actually, no one does as good a job as I do. But, it always goes home when it's supposed to and is ready to go to work the next morning without complaining. If you have high expectations that this will work like a big vacuum and mop like a janitor, don't buy it. But, if you want help with daily floor cleanup, this does the trick. (and I have 2 robo vacs. I run both all the time, except when the dog is in the house because she freaks)

I was really hopeful after reading such great reviews on this unit. I have 2 German shepherds and 3 cats, so pet hair is definitely a problem. I bought this to replace my previous vacuum that lasted me about 5 years. Pros: 1. It does decent on the hard surface floors. I noticed when it goes over floor vents however, it loses some of the debris that it’s sucked up. 2. No obnoxious voices barking orders at you. Subtle tones and beeps which I liked. 3. The app was super easy to use and connection to the vacuum went smoothly. 4. Run time lasts quite a while and it seems to charge quickly. Cons: 1. Suction power is lacking. I have one low pile area rug in the living room and the vacuum sucked up absolutely nothing. It actually lost some of what it had picked up off the wood floor as it transitioned to the rug. 2. It’s LOUD! 3. When it runs into things, it hits pretty hard. 4. No center roll brush, and no room mapping.

I've only owned a Shark robo vaccum so naturally I compare to it. Pros: cleans pretty well, mops as a plus which my Shark doesn't do. Good value for the price Cons: zigzag cleaning is a bit confusing compared to map based cleaning, mainly because I don't know when it's going next but ultimately it covers all the areas it needs to cover. Mopping is ok not great. Gets stuck constantly trying to get under my couch but I'll put barriers to prevent it from getting stuck. Overall good value.

The media could not be loaded. I got this today and set it up in about 15 min, that includes time to read the instructions. Had it charging while I put a load in the washer and fixed dinner. After dinner, I set up boundaries (physical boundaries) to vacuum the kitchen. It did great! We have 5 dogs and had workers tromping through the house for the past month. It picked up all thd dog hair, it was over flowing buy it got it. I then set it up to mop. It has a hard time with heavy spots but I only had to refill the water tank once. My floor is now clean. I would not recommend this for a big house but for individual rooms or a small house apartment, this could work for you. The 1 problem is the directions, they could be clearer.
