I would like to start making sure that everyone understands that the product came in 5 packages: 1) table legs 2) table top 3) 2 chairs #1 4) 2 chairs #2 5) 2 chairs #3 Table legs came 3 business days after the purchase, day after the table top, and two days later the remining 3 packages with 6 chairs (each package hold 2 chairs). Unfortunately, the table top came with chipped on one of the corners and with the middle extension part not being able to fit in. After this I have connected with the seller explaining the issue. The answer came the next and I was pleasantly surprised - the seller offered to send a replacement table! The replacement arrived 3 days after my initial message. The problem here is that I actually disposed the whole table so I was missing the legs! Once again, I connected with the seller telling them what I did. To my surprise once again they said they would send the replacement for them even though they didn't have to. SIMPLY AMAZING. The table looks just great, the chairs are very comfortable, and my spouse and I love it!

This update is being provided after recieving another poorly made replacement table. This one is worse than the first and now I'm left trying to beg for a refund and shipping labels to return over 300lbs of merchandise Those of you that ordered and received an undamaged product should feel fortunate. I am now doubly disappointed. First review -The table is very heavy & sturdy, however is advertised as "solid wood" yet is clearly coated with a plastic type surface over MDF and the extension piece was damaged once opened. The unfortunate part is that we did not discover this until the table was fully assembled and ready to be put in place. Also, the table would not close once extended as the prongs for the sides & the middle did not align. The chairs in the photos are clearly white or a very pale cream yet were actually a dark khaki with a brown leather strip across the top/middle (which appears to have now been corrected in the photos online but when we purchased they were solid white). The worst part of all is that we are going to have to pay to ship this back because of the seller's misleading description and a defective product. The table alone weighs 100 lbs. You get what you pay for so don't waste your money or you'll have to spend it twice to ship it back.

I looking at customer photos is much more accurate idea of the color. It is a darker gray and we got the black chairs which look great together in our home. We had looked for dining tables in person but it didn’t fit our style. This table is so easy to extend. Very happy

The sell used FEDEX for shipping and the table was delivered broken and all the boxes were damaged. The table is NOT real wood. The table is very heavy and put together with substandard pieces. The quality is very poor. The seller was responsive, until I requested a full refund. I never heard from them again. I was very happy with Amazon working with me to resolve the issue.

When we received the table there was a chip in the center leaf. We contacted nice chair customer service team and they sent us a new table without any problem. Their response time back to us was extremely fast also. We love the look and feel of the table and chairs and I would highly recommend this company for their good quality products and their EXCELLENT customer service!
