-Item arrived on time. -Shipment was left outside a little away from the porch. Box seemed damaged. -Was too heavy for 1 person to carry inside so opened the box outside and brought the pieces in and assembled. -Assembly was easy (half hr using power screw tool) and item looks as advertised. Beauty is subjective IMO. -After assembly, noticed a couple of dents under the table's side wall, unfortunately they are visible. -6 chairs seemed too much for the little table. I really doubt if 6 can sit and eat at a time. - Quality is OK. Great for infrequent usage good aesthetics. ... show more

Unable to find a reasonably priced and attractive kitchen table locally, I ordered this set. It arrived as expected in 1 box, so it is heavy. Thankfully, we were home, delivery was placed in our garage. Straightforward assembly. The finish is exactly as shown, table top is pretty. Seems durable. I was so excited for this table, because it looked beautiful online, and for a reasonable price. I get the package, build all the chairs pull the table out, and it’s damaged, with no sign of damage to the box. Ok fine, stuff happens. I contact Amazon customer service, and they schedule a pickup (because this box is crazy heavy and huge) and schedule a redelivery. Cut to today, and my redelivery arrives. The table has two big gouges down it, like from a forklift, and the box was clearly cut, and then just taped over to hide the damage. At this point, it’s just a little ridiculous. Now I have two of these that I have to wait to have picked up because I can’t exactly drop these off at Staples. Customer service was great, my issue is with the fulfillment center than damaged it and sent it anyway, and with the manufacturer who sent Amazon the first damaged one. And now I have to find a different table, and hope I don’t end up in the same exact scenario, and I go even longer with no table. It’s just insane. ... show more

Very impressed for the price! I got this on a prime day deal so it was even less than the list price. I got the light wood option and am super impressed! It was easy to put together, delivery was easy - the delivery team called 30-40 mins before arrival and set it in my garage rather than leaving it outside (I didn’t pay for the upgrade to drop it in a specific room) and the delivery team was very friendly and helpful! My delivery window was 8 am to 8 pm and it arrived at 8:10 am! I haven’t noticed any major quirks other than as others have said, you need to assemble the chair legs on a flat surface or they’ll get uneven. I only have 1 chair that didn’t end up leveling out after adjusting. It looks high quality and I’ve gotten several compliments already! Cushions are a bit firm but figure those will settle after some use. ... show more
