Got this 3 weeks ago when it was 403.00 wasn't expecting much for that price. Needed something as I sold my table/china cabinet, but I gotta say I am really surprised. Nothing came damaged. I got the entry delivery with prime it was free,The guys called 30 minutes advance. They were really nice .The table is sturdy as all get out. The chair padding is hard but I can get a cushion. It's actually really pretty. My husband left to run errands I finished putting three chairs together on my own, the instructions were super understandable. Hardware was packed per chair. Everything had letters to match up. The only complaint is be careful how tight if using a drill on the chairs some of the wood cracked out on me a little, went a tad to tight. But I do believe they will hold up for a good while. I have nothing bad to say as of yet. Well see how wear and tear goes I will update later one ... show more

Pretty table top, everything packaged well, easy instructions, but as a lot has stated the chairs are wobbly, worked on them for an hour trying to fix, got it good enough, loosened screws and stood it up until not so wobbly then retightened

We were in need of a 6-seater table, but without the insane price tag. Happy we came across this because it fits what we were looking for to a T! All the chairs are sturdy, but a few are slightly uneven in the legs. Not a huge issue at all, though, an extra floor pad under the leg will fix it. The table is also very sturdy & substantial. None of it feels cheap at all. Everything was also super easy to put together & didn’t take nearly as long as I expected. The only downside was the delivery. The box had been damaged somewhere before it came off the truck (I heard a few loud sounds/large packages clearly falling when I was waiting for them to get it out; unsure if that’s when it happened), so we unfortunately now have a damaged tabletop from the very start… and not just a small scratch, it’s a divot that may be tricky to try to fix. I contacted Amazon & they gave me a decent partial refund for it. Returning this for a replacement was not an option after I had already unpacked it. Disappointed with that aspect, but of course still giving this 5 stars because the table set itself is nice. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love this table nothing not to like worth the money it’s very sturdy and a good size I love the color ! Very happy with my purchase . It took my boyfriend about an hour to build it and it came within a week :)

    • Poorly designed and engineered; cheap materials make for a frustrating and incomplete assembly.

This dining set, while aesthetically attractive, was enormously frustrating to put together, and ultimately we were only able to complete two of the six chairs (yes, we will be asking for our money back). By far the biggest issue are the cheap, poor quality hex screws that strip far too easily. This of course made it extremely difficult to screw the chairs together tightly, with some legs left wobbly (a pair of pliers was unfortunately not able to unscrew these). Compounding this issue is the hex allen key that it came with, which was too small and contributed to the stripping. There were other random failures--one of the chairs was missing a thread insert, tightening of some screws (evidently, in retrospect, too tightly) caused the wood to fracture on the legs, and the seats did not sit flush with the frame to be screwed in uniformly. One of the two chairs that we did put together wobbles a bit back and forth on the ground. All in all, you can tell that despite the attractive look of this set, it is a cheaply sourced and constructed set of materials built in China or Vietnam. It was enormously time-consuming and frustrating to build, and at the end of the day we don't have a functioning dining set. I wish I had never bought it and will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture again. ... show more

The first two chairs we put together were wrong and we had to do them over leaving a gap of space between the legs. It’s important to make sure each leg and extender are correctly aligned before screwing it all tightly. The table is beautiful and the chairs were fairly easy to put together after we got the hang of it. I love this table and so happy with the two toned colors. It fits perfect in our condo. I cannot say enough good things about this table.! So happy with it!! ... show more
