I can't say enough good things about this little skillet, especially for the price! The nonstick coating is titanium-infused ceramic, which is a huge upgrade from regular ceramic - much harder to scratch or chip, while still being nontoxic. It cooks perfect eggs effortlessly, I don't even need a spatula for them to glide right onto my plate. It's just as easy to clean (stick with soft sponges rather than abrasive steel, you won't need it). It's lightweight yet sturdy, and heats up quickly and evenly. The handle is ergonomic and comfortable, wrapped in grippy silicone, and the handle is removable to allow the rest of the pan to go in the oven/ to pack down smaller for storage or travel. I totally love this pan, just what I needed it for. The only thing that I don’t like is that the handle is very heavy for the pan in my opinion. I like that the handle is detachable, nothing sticks in it, and it washes very easily. Is worth the money

I was really excited about this frying pan at first. it claimed to be nonstick, and for the first couple of weeks, it worked like a charm. Eggs slid right off, and cleanup was easy. But after just four months of regular use (and I’m talking basic cooking, nothing crazy), it’s like the nonstick coating vanished. Now, even with a generous amount of oil, eggs stick like glue, and I’m left scrubbing bits of scrambled mess off the surface. For something marketed as durable and nonstick, this is a huge letdown. The pan is durable, nothing sticks to it so it is very easy to clean. The detachable handle is removed by unscrewing the "tail" part of the handle which loosens a "gripper" at the front. I think the simple screw design ( unlike the trigger mechanism of others) is less likely to fail after prolonged use. But this means it takes a few seconds longer to loosen then just squeezing a lever. Since I would only put the handle on and off only for storage purposes, the simpler screw mechanism was good enough. The pan is heavier than aluminum ones, but needs to be because it needs to be for use with inductions stoves. ... show more
