Very versatile and compact weight bench with lat pull down attachment and leg extension attachment. Leg extension feels like short and not very comfortable for tall person. The sponge rolls are not sturdy and come out easily at the leg extension attachment. The chest fly attachment is ok, the movement is around a screw and doesn’t hinge. Assembly takes couple of hours as you have to tighten so many nuts and bolts and is tedious. It comes with Olympic weight sleeve and clips, and no one inch clips for the one inch weights. Overall a compact unit, economical and can be used as a backup when you don’t get out to gym.

This is the perfect bench for home gym, very good quality and heavy material, took me couple hours to assemble for safety concerns, it looks very professional and I think it matches my home gym very well. I had to purchase another barbell and also some weight plates to match with this bench and it looks even better and more professional, highly recommended if you are looking for a bench for home gym!

The Lat pull bar that goes into the base of the bench is slightly bent and you cannot use it without the whole bench raising. Also the weights won’t stay on the bars while using it. Finally the back cushion for the bench holes does not line up with the machine
