The bicep attachment doesn’t work properly, and the leg exercise settings/dimensions are made for shorter people—it’s not suitable for tall users. The pulley cable is also too short, so there’s barely any range of motion. Overall, they sell you one thing, but in reality it has little to no practical use. It feels like a rip-off.

Very versatile and compact weight bench with lat pull down attachment and leg extension attachment. Leg extension feels like short and not very comfortable for tall person. The sponge rolls are not sturdy and come out easily at the leg extension attachment. The chest fly attachment is ok, the movement is around a screw and doesn’t hinge. Assembly takes couple of hours as you have to tighten so many nuts and bolts and is tedious. It comes with Olympic weight sleeve and clips, and no one inch clips for the one inch weights. Overall a compact unit, economical and can be used as a backup when you don’t get out to gym.
