It's not worth buying. On the add for it they claim it will handle 400 pounds but when you you get it they tell you it will only handle 330 pounds. I weigh 280 pounds and when I sit in the chair it drops close to 1 inch. The piston doesn't handle the weight they claim. You have to keep tightening the screws every week or the chair will fall apart. It's also not very comfortable. I had to put a pillow on the seat after a few hours to keep my butt from hurting. Put it all together, came out great till I noticed a small tear on the inside of one of the arm rests. And I was just missing 2 caps for covering the screws for the arm rests. Other than that it looks great, it’s comfortable and it fits in our room.

My son has this chair in his room for video gaming. It’s not often I go in there to sit in the chair but last week I went and sat it in while he was cleaning and I noticed both arms are loose and not supportive. I also tried to screw it back in and the threads of the screws will not hold it in place. He is 16 and 100 lbs so he isn’t too big or heavy when leaning on an arm for a short period. I’m disappointed in the quality and wish I would have paid attention sooner. When I asked him how long it’s been like that, he said within 2 or 3 months of us getting it. I also noticed the seat cushion has lost most support and it’s not comfortable to sit in. ... show more

    • Nice looking, but doesn’t hold up well

Good looking chair, but after six months of use by a 13 year old, it hasn’t held up particularly well. Both arms have gotten loose, but tightening the screws doesn’t help because it’s the internal pieces where the screws tighten in to that have broken down. The hydraulic function to raise and lower the seat also broke after about 2 months, so my kid has to slowly sit on the chair when sitting down because it always lowers to the lowest possible height. Luckily, he likes that height, so it’s still useable, but if he wanted to sit higher, it would render this chair unusable. I know It’s not some expensive chair, but a 90 pound kid shouldn’t cause this level of wear and tear on something built well. Only giving two stars because the seat and back are comfortable, just the entire rest of the chair hasn’t held up. ... show more

It took two of us to figure out the directions which were only drawings. Not too easy. Directions need to be more explicit. There was a small hole, in the leather, under the arm, but with the arm attached it shouldn’t be a problem while using. Still, it should’ve been noticed during packing. The box was damaged in 2 places, but didn’t affect chair base. I did look at the Amazon videos which were somewhat helpful. My grandson will love this chair. ... show more

nothing good about this gaming chair everything about it is bad. seats not soft enough so hard. cant adjust the height of the seat every time i adjust the height after a little while it falls down to the lowest. in the ad it said It can hold up to 440 pounds but came with a guide says only hold up to 300 pounds. and footrest feels very weak every time i put my foot on it feels like it will break. remember to keep your original packaging so you can return it for a refund. i had to keep it becuz i didnt have the packaging so i cant return it. ... show more
