Chair was just as described and as photographed. No issues with the chair other than during assembly where the arms are to be connected, the holes were bent and angled backwards & upwards where the screws could not line up. With this being a Santa Christmas gift, the gift was nearly ruined trying to assemble it on Christmas Eve! Luckily my husband was able to create enough force & figured out how to forcefully re-align the holes enough to make it work. The first one I bought was missing the arms. I was not able to have the arms or a new chair sent to replace the first. So I had to wait on a refund and buy the chair again. After all of that, the second chair was easy to assemble. The reviews stating the directions aren't great are somewhat misleading. The directions are pictures so you just follow the pictures in order. For the price, the chair isn't bad. It could use a little more padding but if you like less padding and aren't wanting to spend $200+, this is a good option ... show more

After comparing with other similar pictures and my budget is meet, had chosen this product because the pink one is something I am aiming for and no additional cost! But definitely you get what you paid for. The instructions are too simple that we just tried to figure out our selfs. The arm part has full of yellow dust hard to remove while taking out from the box. And some leather part has already torn as shown on the picture. Eventually I need the chair since I just moved. Need a chair pretty badly. I decided to keep it and order another one from another place for my husband . The seat pad is very thin. I am only 120 lbs and hoping the chair legs would break that quick or at least last 6 months? I noticed other users complain the chair is not comfortable to seat for over 10 hour’s gaming. I am only used for cellphones swiping around 2-3 hours after dinner I guess it’s okay for the price. ... show more

Got this for my son for Christmas. Came on time, easy assembly, and he loves it. The foot piece seems a little cheap, but he doesn’t really use it, and it slides under the chair completely out of the way.

The chair itself isn't bad. A little annoying to adjust but if you are like and set it and then don't need to adjust it after it works just fine. The assembly instructions though could use some work as while they are not the worst I have seen they could definitely be improved with what part is going where instead of just pictures of the part and expecting you to tell the difference between this black screw and that black screw with the only difference being length that the image doesn't specify ... show more

The Good: - Excellent customer service through Amazon. Chair was missing an arm and I was sent a replacement arm no questions asked within a week. - Simple to assemble - Looks nice functions as expected - Made a 9 year old happy - Best value out of most options out there. Similar big box chairs are double the price Not So Good: - The packaging was a mess. Most items were unsecured within the box without much padding and the box arrived in shambles. Blame goes to the shipping company but I also think that the producer of the chair could improve the box/content shipping. - Back rest and head support cushions leave a lot to be desired. Not ideal setting up and placement can be difficult. This is a minor criticism ... show more

If the description still claims 440# and you actually need that, don't get it. Otherwise fine unless you have to shop in the big n tall section. Good, not great for the price. Should be fine for light use for a couple years, but I doubt it will last an entire year for daily hard use.
