We purchased an electric bike over a year ago and the battery died. We ordered this battery and it worked out perfectly without any Jerry Rigging needed. I mean batteries are expensive so not sure what can be done about that but worth the purchase so my electric bike can keep on trucking.

The key and the lock do not work hard to work with their Support. Bought for Christmas still haven’t received refund.

The perfect fit for your VIVI ebike.
This battery is the original 48v 4 prong battery that came with the bike. However there is a 5 prong battery that will need to be installed to replace the original. The 4 prong battery replacement works great and is well worth the investment just in case you want an extra battery to carry with you for touring trips.

Good customer service
Although it says for vivi electric bikes, keep in mind it does not work on all vivi electric bikes like the H7UL model. They accepted the return. Visually it looked well built. Couldn't test on my bike.

48 Volt four pin connector hard to find
Works as it should. Glad I ordered it. If you need a 48 Volt battery with only four pins on the connector you know they are hard to find.

Terrible
Seller didn’t ship all parts of this item. Battery keys were missing. Took two more than 2 weeks to send keys and then was too late to return the whole battery that did not fit bike. Asked for a full refund and shipping label to return. Said return not available.

fit my footguard 27.5 500 w 2023 model and back
needed to find a battery for this totguard no name brand bike maker that doesnt sell direct replacement parts was frustrating i bought this battery after a lot of headache with research. i did have to cut a piece of plastic to make it fit but wasn't that hard took a box cutter and 1 minute of my time now i can ride 2 times as far now that i have 2 batteries.
