  • Definitely worth the money!
Size: 200LBS 2-BIKE RACK
This bike rack is impressive. It is very heavy and strong. The rack is adjustable and easy to use. As other people have mentioned, the assembly instructions are not good. The pictures are way too small to see. The descriptions helped more than the useless photos. It took me a few tries to get all the bolts and washers on in the right order. Other than the instructions, this is a great bike rack. You would pay $400 for a similar one. I would highly recommend buying hitch stabilizers also. I used this rack for my new E-mountain bike which weighs 57 pounds. ... show more

  • Very adjustable and secured my bike.
Size: 200LBS 2-BIKE RACK
I love this bike rack. It held my bike really secure. I like the fact that it folds up and I can leave it on the car and still get in the back of my Honda Pilot with the adjustable feature. I did buy an extra hitch stabilizer for it and I didn't have any problems with it wobbling so I don't know how it would be without it. I like the fact that it is adjustable for different size bikes. My son's electric bike is much bigger and heavier than mine, but it holds both of them perfectly. I did buy a crossbar as my bike is a step through and it didn't have the bar to secure at the top. The thing about it though, I think I could have still secured it fine even if I hadn't bought the cross bar as that part goes low enough to reach the low point on my bike. In fact in the way home from my camping trip I turned both the same way and secured the bottom of my bike with one and used the other with the crossbar. It comes with straps to secure the tires to the rack and they held the bike securely. The rack itself is pretty easy to install on my Honda. My son installed it for me but even though It is a bit heavy I could have done it myself if I didn't have him around. Overall I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new bike rack ... show more

  • Good, but not GREAT! Suggested improvements...
Size: 200LBS 2-BIKE RACK WITHOUT LOCK
I feel the value is great with the understanding its not the perfect rack. I am sure there are other e-bike hitch racks that serve additional support, build quality, and reliability. First off, this was easy to assemble and install; however, I think there are better enhancements that can make this rack 5 stars: 1. the hitch locking pin needs to have the threads removed. As previous user said, if you are removing the rack often this is a downfall to unthread it every time. The threads also hinder most 3rd party 5/8" pins. If you leave the threads, allow standard pins to fit properly versus having to use your proprietary design. 2. The ratcheting straps are not very "ratchety." These remind me of rollerblade ratchets. The quality could be improved as they are a top source of securing down bikes. Mind slip through very easy, so I have to rely on the Velcro straps (provided) to hold down better and make a more secure connection. 3. Additional holes or mounting locations (aka eye rings or D-rings) for bungees securing. Aside from that the bikes transported really well! ... show more

  • This one looks like a keeper...
Size: 200LBS 2-BIKE RACK
It comes in a box that is heavy - real heavy. The rack is made of thick carbon steel parts welded together. I'm unsure about the durability of the wheel capture fittings. I'll let you know. Otherwise, easy to assemble with a couple of changes. I removed the 'outer' wheel capture fittings and the corresponding J-hook. It works quite well, thank you very much. A solid platform for carrying my electric zombie attack bike. We'll see if loading and unloading require some great effort. ... show more

  • Great Racks!
Size: 200LBS 2-BIKE RACK
These hold our two Lectric Ebikes and are very sturdy. Easy to mount, easy to adjust, works great! We do a lot of traveling and this was just what we needed for transporting our bikes.

  • Cheap rack with an overstated weight limit - DO NOT BUY THIS RACK
Size: 200LBS 2-BIKE RACK
Had this rack less than a month. Loaded it with two bikes both well under the 200lb weight limit and had three successful trips - one was to a state park about an hour away without any problem. Today, loaded two bikes and one of the bottom wheel brackets literally bent down and allowed the bike to drop below the hook on the vertical bar...bike was still held on to the rack with the tire straps and then flipped over and drug the ground. The wheel bracket itself didn't break and the nut was still clamped tight. It was the INSIDE of the tightening mechanism that collapsed. The bottom wheel brackets appear "sturdy" but they are actually clamped to the horizontal bottom bars with cheap plastic inserts that cause the entire wheel bracket to give out even though the nut is tight. Why in the world would you design something meant to support up to 200lbs with plastic?! All in all, a cheap design. Appears sturdy at first but the way a bike can suddenly drop sitting in the rack and flip over (or literally off) makes the top clamp useless. What a crappy design...regret the purchase, and now my new bike needs a few repairs after dragging behind my truck. Thank goodness I wasn't flying down the interstate with my bike coming off the rack. Don't waste your money...treat your bike like the investment it is and get a rack that won't break under normal use. ... show more

  • More rugged than I need.
Size: 200LBS 2-BIKE RACK
The 2-Bike rack is good. It's bigger and more rugged than we need, but it was less expensive than a less rugged rack. We were able to carry two bikes to a trail. It is a pain to fasten 3 safety straps to each bike. I cut the straps shorter so the tails wouldn't flap in the wind. It requires a 24mm wrench to put it on the trailer hitch. That requirement offers some protection from someone stealing the rack. None of the pieces of the rack lock on. I don't need a frame bracket on my step-through e-bike. The rack will adjust to the height of a short horizontal section on my bike. ... show more

  • Steady, heavy, lousy straps.
Size: 200LBS 2-BIKE RACK WITHOUT LOCK
The rack is quite heavy and bulky, but appears to be sturdy. The 6 straps that hold the bike to this the structure are nice and sturdy but do not stay in place. They include some velcro straps that help keep the sturdy straps in place. They just need to use better straps that hold. It appears to be stable and to hold the bikes without too much shaking. We're looking forward to taking our bikes with us on our next outing. ... show more
