    • Does not requiere password to disarm. Anyone can do it but just pressing disarm.
The system does not ask for a password to disarm so anyone that gets to the keyboard, diplay just has to press disarm and that is it. There is no way to program it so that it will ask for a password. I don't think that is good for a security system. Tried to get assistance from their customer support and it is useless they keep asking the same thing and it's like they don't even try to understand English. ... show more

    • Dont need to enter code to disarm on panel just kick door in hit disarm on panel and help yourself
So i got this for my garage just to add some security but you don't even need to enter a code to disarm the alarm basically kick door in walk over to the panel and hit disarm and help yourself defeats the whole purpose will be sending back also the directions are horrible

What’s the point of an alarm that anyone can disarm simply by pushing the disarm button🤦♂️. Buyer beware. Learn from my mistake.
