This is a well-built, stable, easy to use walking pad treadmill. The support handlebar with the control buttons on it is very useful. There is also a remote to control the functions of the treadmill. The Bluetooth speakers on the treadmill is a good surprise and have decent sound quality. I though prefer to watch the TV in front. There was practically no setup required, besides removing the battery protector on the remote and the handlebar controls. The media could not be loaded. I was so excited to get this and it did not disappoint! It was easy to setup and although it was heavy while in the box, it was easy to remove. The wheels at one end make it super easy to transition from one room to the other. I love the bar which has a place to put your phone just wish it was a little taller so if you wanted to actually hold on at a higher level. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it’s a little noisy and the built in Bluetooth worked when I played music with my phone but the volume sounds rather low when it’s turned all the way up so you can’t hear it over the noisiness of the tread belt. I also wish it was a little longer so for someone who has longer legs I felt like I might fall off a couple of times but other than that it seems like a great quality and value so far! I definitely worked up a sweat and I can watch shows/tv and while working on getting my steps in! ... show more

I’ve tried a few treadmills, and most feel way too cramped—but not this one. It’s got plenty of space, both in width and length, so I don’t feel like I have to shorten my stride or stay perfectly centered to avoid stepping off. The sturdy build keeps it stable, even at higher speeds, and it just feels more comfortable overall. The media could not be loaded. This walking pad has been one of my best purchases in a long time. It is small and folds up nicely. It is easy to move. It has wheels that help make it so easy to move. It has made getting steps in a lot easier since it is so hot outside! The speeds options are great for walking and it is surprisingly quiet as well! There were so many options on Amazon of different walking pads, but what sold me on this one was the handle. I’m not coordinated enough to not have a handle, but the handle also folds down if you wish to not use it. 10/10 recommend :) ... show more

This treadmill was great, quiet, and had good functions and presets. The problem is that it lasts exactly one year. When I turn it on today, I get error E02, and it doesn't work. So the warranty is for 2 years, and I am contacting the manufacturer. The only way to communicate with them is via email. There is a phone number, but when you call, they text you back saying we would like to communicate via email. Their site states they will reply in 8 hours. This is not true at all. The reply to my first request came like 5 days later with a video on how to fix the issue. Not complicated, I follow the instructions, and no result; the equipment is not working. I sent an email, and it has been 48 hours, and there has been no response. I will reach out to Amazon to see if they can help. TBC. ... show more

I received my walking pad/treadmill yesterday. It set up in less than 5 minutes. It is easy to maneuver using the front wheels even for this 76 year old. I hopped on and walked for 15 minutes. It is quiet and stable. I was afraid they'd pad would be too short but it is fine. I am 5'4" if that helps. I have been used to a full blown (expensive) treadmill that did everything except make coffee and due to limited space I couldn't keep it. This walking pad does the job just as well without the bells and whistles. The remote control is simple and responsive. I would definitely recommend this walking pad/treadmill to anyone with limited space and a desire to walk in any type of weather. ... show more

    • Overall ok but I think there is a safety hazard
Overall this has been an ok product over the last few weeks. It isn't terribly heavy which makes it easy to move around. It comes almost fully set up. Lubricating the track was annoying. I also found a random plastic part in the track. I hope it wasn't important. The walking pad is easy to use. The various speeds set in small increments are a nice option. The handle bar is a bit low for me. It should be adjustable. The main downside for me is that it isn't wide enough. Every now and then I've stepped partial on the track and partial; which isn't a good combination. One time I didn't correct my step quick enough and lost my footing almost causing me to fall. That is probably going to be a big safety issue for some people. I'll keep using this walking bad and will be partial satisfied with it but I would definitely not buy this again; especially if I fall off at any time during usage. Seems as if the value is comparable to other brands when I was looking. ... show more
