I bought this charger for my scooter batteries while I troubleshoot the larger problem of battery drainage. This little charger has kept me rolling. I'm able to switch batteries easily. The charging process is pretty seamless. It's decently labeled although small but I can get past that for price and ease of use. It's not an instant charge but for my needs it works well enough. I would definitely recommend for non-emergency use.

The Operating Instructions are a bunch of chinglish gibberish. When Operating Instructions are this poor you have to wonder if the seller knows what they are doing. And you will likely have to enlarge the Operating Instructions just to read it. The Operating Instructions keep referring to devulcanization. Devulcanization is a term which refers to processing rubber. It has nothing to do with batteries. They may mean “sulfation” which is a battery failure mode. In my experience sulfation ruins lead acid batteries and even if you manage to restore the battery it does not last long. I tested this thing on several batteries I don't think it float charges at the proper voltage. I would not use this thing for long term battery charge maintenance. Maybe I just got a bad one but I sent it back.

Please! Really? I'd pay the extra 5 bucks for better longer higher quality wires. The product works well but the wires are too short and of marginal quality.
