12/31/2025, Bought this as a Christmas gift. Worked great for a few days. Went to charge the battery and it will not charge. The bike is now useless. Customer service is difficult to find but did respond. I emailed the company and waiting to hear back from them on the issue. 1/1/2026, Customer service did respond and requested a video. 1/2/2026, Video was sent to customer service. I received an email asking to upload the video from the Amazon drop down "Account/orders/Problem with order or contact seller" which was not an option on my drop downs. 1/5/2026, Through Amazons "seller messaging assistant" I was able to get a credit which I bought a new charger and now the e-dirt bike is up and running. Customer service was a bit difficult to navigate but was responsive. The link for "customer support" brings you to a trouble shooting tree but no external support. My problem was solved with the new self-purchased battery charger. The dirt bike itself is pricey but AWESOME to ride for me as an adult and my 11-year-old son. It is a perfect size for him (he is 60" tall) however it is VERY powerful. You can limit the max speed/take off torque (recommended for newer riders). Overall, great looking powerful bike that now takes a charge that lasts hours. I am considering buying another so we can ride together. 4 of 5 stars only because of the difficulty navigating customer service. The bike is a 5-star product. Great bike, unpacked and put together fairly easy. Everything worked and was a great fit for my 12 year old son. Day 2 of use and the battery won't charge. Sent a message to the seller and I will update this review appropriately.

Hands down awsome customer service, the first battery the bike came with was a little funky didnt last long. Plastics were scratched from delivery, reached out too the seller, replaced brand new battery from China within 2 weeks. Brand new plastics for the bike within 2 weeks. Bike rips, LOTS OF TORQUE. Little dongle is easy too use to tune the bike even though you need to factory reset to be the owner. I 100 percent recommend for full size adult or kid looking too rip at close too 50mph. I race my buddys brand new 2026 Honda efi 110 and he only beats me top end. Also iv dumped this bike hard atleast 10 times nothings broke, brake lever a little bent but she rips! ... show more

I have limited ride time on it but after initial assembly, and a few quick rides, I’m impressed with the bike overall. 4 stars due to the manual being quite terrible for assembly guidance as there are a few steps that are confusing. If you’re mechanically inclined, you’ll be fine, but the missing information forced me to disassemble a few components to get back to the steps they missed. I’d recommend installing the front fender before the front plate cover. Front brake line doesn’t route well to the front rotor but I’m still tinkering with that and there were no instructions on how to install the footpegs but they function as regular spring loaded dirtbike pegs should. There also wasn’t instruction on where to mount the gauge. The bike is heavier than expected, but has a good quality feel to it. I plan to use it just tinkering around the yard with my kids and I’m 6’1” @ 190lbs and I fit on it fine. ... show more

Review from child riding bike: This was a very good bike, but it took a long time to assemble. It took like two days to assemble. It’s a very good bike. It came in early and it’s very fun to ride it has a lot of speed so make sure to wear your helmet my son is about 10 years old and he loves it
