I got this to replace a multi functional weight bench that , while not very old, started creaking when I used it ( I weigh 128 lbs ) and was very bulky to move around This bench is very step by step and I found it easy to assemble. It seems very sturdy while being easy to move around and adjust. The bench is a little firmer than the one it replaced but that seems fine too. I appreciate the quality, value , functionality and good looks. I highly recommend it ( I rarely do reviews )

Good quality bench! Installation has been easy following the simple six steps on manual. All screws match exactly with the pre-drilled holes, making the installation very smooth. It took the two of us half an hour to set it up. Materials of the parts are sturdy and weighted, making the whole bench sturdy and reliable. Two two wheels and handle on the bottom makes it easy to be moved. Adjustment of the angles has been very easy, too. I’d say it is worth the money to purchase something as sturdy and high quality as this one.

I am upgrading my home gym. I sold my old barbell weight bench and got a new power cage. I needed a new heavy duty weight bench. I was shopping around and decide between this one and the one from Flybird. I ended up choosing this one. This is a very high quality heavy duty weight bench. Perfect for my home gym. It's strong yet "light weight", it's around 50lbs and very movable. It's got wheels on the back so it's easy to roll around. The padding is nice and thick. Around 2 inches all over. Much thicker then my previous weight bench. I was looking at the sub $100 benches and they way too weak. This is perfect for what I needed. Perfect size. The reason I choose this over the Flybird one is because 1) the handle bar for lifting the bench, 2) more degree of adjustment than the Flybird, and 3) the red color. The only think it wish it had is 4 points of contact on the legs instead of 3. I tried doing some bench press, while stable, I can still sway the bench if I really wanted to. Just something to be cautions about I guess. Overall I am glad I made this purchase. I will update the review if I find anything else. But I will just enjoy the bench for now.

I have been in La fitness for more than ten years to do all kind of lifting and cardio. But it’s so difficult to get the bench at la fitness since I always attend after 5 pm and it’s so crowded that I will need to wait so long. So I decide to get one at home and it’s surprisingly better than the one at La fitness. The stitch on the pillow and the screws that I assembled them together, you will know how great of the quality is the product. The coating also very comfortable and smooth. I hardly rating but this one is really worth the price! Loving it and I have been using for couple days already.
