Assembly is time consuming and a tedious and it's moderately comfortable. It definitely gets the job done but it's not the greatest. I do recommend paying for someone to put it together for you. I also dinged it a star at some of the ratan was damaged upon arrival. That may not have been the company's fault as it looks like one of the boxes took some damage and shipping.

I bought this patio set on sale for $369 which is a steal. I hired a handyman buddy of mine to put it together as I knew it was too big of a project for me to do myself. I honestly hate putting prefabricated furniture pieces together and prefer to pay someone to do it for me. So I cannot comment on the ease or difficulty of putting it together. It took my buddy about 3 hours to put it together. Shipping was quick. I received it in 3 days. I have had it for about a week and this is my review so far. I would give it 5 stars if the cushions had ties so they stay in place. That’s my biggest issue and I would rate it 4.5 if Amazon had it as an option. Pro's It looks really nice when it’s put together and it’s very solid materials so it’s not cheap looking at all. The pillow covers unzip and are removable for easy washing in the machine. The pillows are a nice thickness so they are extremely comfortable. I love the canopy in the morning when I’m drinking coffee in my backyard. I’m in Las Vegas so the sun is strong at any hour and it gets hot quick. The canopy has a tie in the center so you can tie it down when the gusty winds blow through the desert but I add a few additional zip ties. The winds can reach hurricane strength in the Las Vegas Valley. The couch is actually 3 separate chairs held together by the sturdy canopy frame. This is a pro because each person is sitting on their own chair so it has better support when 3 grown adults are sitting on the couch portion. As mentioned it took my friend 3 hours to put together because it’s a lot of pieces so it’s time consuming but not difficult. The ottoman opens up so you have a place for storage. One on the chairs also opens up for even more storage. Cons The cushions don’t have ties so the backs constantly fall over when not being sat in. I’m going to attach Velcro to prevent this from continuing to happen. Moving it is a PITA due to the couch portion being three chairs held together by the canopy frame. It cannot be carried in one piece and you have to remove the canopy frame.

I do like this set well enough and I really wish I could give it 5 stars but sadly they dropped the ball on too many bits. -So it came well “ish” packaged. I say that because even though there were a few dents/holes in the boxes beyond the company's control.They stuffed some cushions in ways that they are severely deformed. One of the feet “ L brackets” was shattered but it was in the middle of the box not where a shipping dent/hole was. -The instructions could have been better. There were some helpful bits in there, like don’t tighten the bolts all the way until you have them all lined up. I mean they would have probably been fine if more than two pieces in the whole set were labeled. We spent more time trying to figure out what piece was what than it took to put it together. -Also one of the bars on the frame for one of the corner seats was welded sideways so the holes were not where you needed them. I mean luckily with the help of some heavy duty zip ties we made due anyway. -When they were weaving/wrapping the frame with the wicker in quite a few spots they went right over the holes needed to put the bolts in. So have a flat head screwdriver handy to slide the wicker out of the way. -We have built a few types of these wicker things now and they all do take a bit of tweaking to get all the holes to line up just right so I won't hold that against them. -The storage compartments are quite nice and almost hold all the cushions, which would have been great. -The large “daybed” section is really three separate seats held together only by the canopy, so if you have the canopy attached it can be a pain to move. If you don't though it makes for a very customizable set. -When not in use the cushions tend to blow off pretty easily, especially the two single chairs and side table. Although the table works better without a cushion so we just have that as an extra. So either add some ties/Velcro or store them when not in use if you mind. Other than those things it is a very nice set and pretty comfortable.

These look great under my gazebo and are very confrotable! They're a absolute joy to have though the assembly was a nightmare! Between my husband and I it took over any hour maybe even 2 to assemble. They came strung across three boxes and the directions were somewhat okay thought they werent lettered in accordance with the instructions. I had to put together other pieces to be sure the leftover pieces were the right ones as their letters didn't match the directions and some pieces were even missing their tables. 2 pieces had screws already stripped that my husband ended up welding on so these will never come apart again. If you can get past the terror of assembly or your pieces are marked right and assemble as they should these are great to have! But for the price I expected better quality.
