Very pleased. I bought this hoping it would move a lot of air. We've been having some heat waves here, so I wanted a fan that would help cool me off in the living room during hot afternoons. (My A/C does not keep up during 100 degree days.) This fan is a monster. On LOW speed, it moves more air than my old fan did on high speed. With this fan, high speed will move papers around. I love the variable speed setting that simulates a breezy day with the wind speed constantly increasing and decreasing. CON: the only bad thing I can say is that it was extremely difficult to stuff all the wires in the upper dome on the final installation step. After I finally got them all in there, then the remote would barely work. (The remote had to be within about 3 feet.) So I had to loosen it all and try again with the 2 antenna wires more spread out. Now the remote works better, but not as well as I expected. BUT thats not a big deal because I rarely use the remote. I prefer to use voice commands thru Alexa. I had my old fan for several years - I used the remote only 2 or 3 times over the years, only when Alexa was not functioning. ... show more

    • Poor quality control, annoying beep when changing the fan setting. Stay away

This fan looks great and moves a lot of air. Unfortunately, it has quality issues. The housing is out or round and that results in a minor wobble that was uncorrectable with the balance kit. Anytime you change a setting on the fan, it beeps which is sort of annoying. The second issue was that the unit would randomly beeps and randomly beep/turn the light on without any intentional setting change using the remote. I called the product manufacturer CS, they said it was defective and to contact Amazon for a replacement. Amazon sent a replacement. I paid to have the original fan professionally installed. then again to have the original removed and the replacement installed. The replacement had the exact same housing out of round issue as well as the random beeps and beep/light turn on. This happens twice or more times a day. If I could disable the beep it wouldn't be quit as annoying. Stay away from this product. ... show more

The fan is beautiful and it has a ton of power, the air flow it puts out is amazing. Almost silent compared to older fans. The lighting leaves a bit to be desired as the light module is framed and the output is mostly directed downwards. Installing it wasn’t the easiest as the mount was larger than the receptacle of the previous fan installed. Overall we are very happy with it though ... show more

According to the mathematical calculations of the smart people that evaluate fan size to square footage, this fan is technically too big for my space. I disagree. This fan is amazing! It moves a lot of air, and you don't need to turn it up all the way to do so. It is pretty quiet, especially since it doesn't need to be turned up high to be effective. I still have not been able to hook up the Bluetooth on it. I tried for way too long and way too many times, and definitely got way too frustrated before walking away. The remote takes some getting used to. I probably would have set it up differently if I were the creator, putting the light buttons up top since that is what you're often operating in the dark, but now I have become mostly used to it's location. ... show more
