The chairs arrived in one big box and the chairs were basically assembled with only the legs needing to be screwed on. The cushions were packed in their own bags within the box to keep on them clean. I do not recommend unpacking these indoors as they are very dirty and messy. There is a grease all over the legs and the part where the legs attach to the chairs and also a lot of black sticky dirt that falls out everywhere when you screw the legs in. I like the neutral color of the chairs and they are compact overall but still comfortable for the larger people in my household. They have adjustable feet on the ends of the legs to keep from wobbling on uneven surfaces.

I wish they provided the full set with the table since I really like these chairs for use on our balcony. Assembly was quite easy and they feel sturdy once they are assembled. Cushions are good, nothing extraordinary but I don't think more is needed. My wife wanted to have a table to go with it and a combination of these chairs has the matching table but Vine only offered the chairs that we ordered. I am likely going to order the matching table or another table to complement the set soon.

The item is of poor quality. It rusted the first time it rained. There are other spots that were not painted well and will start rusting soon.

The chairs look OK but they will not last. I have put these chairs together about 2 weeks ago and the plastic ropes on the back are already coming loose. As well, these are poorly welded, I noticed a small hole by one of the legs with rust already starting to build up. Notice some rust streaks on some of the other chairs as well so they are rusting from somewhere. The legs are screw on not a solid one peice chair. These will only last a season or 2 at best.

These chairs are pretty comfy. They use a "plastic" strapping system which has some give and feels comfortable. The "rope" armrests (see pic) are an interesting choice, I do worry that in my hot climate that these woven "straps" will absorb sweat and get dirty. But more than that, these should not be left in the rain or the rope armrest will probably get mildewed and age quickly. The chair pads are pretty thin. (see pic) install was easy, no tools assembly Recommend for anyone who has a small (covered) patio, apartment dweller or a first time home buyer.

These chairs were an ideal choice for our small, covered patio. I don't think I would use them in a fully exposed location because they'd get too covered with pollen, leaves etc and the beautiful fabric would be hard to clean. But for the covered patio they are perfect - comfortable enough (I recommend adding a lumbar pillow to each seat to up the comfort factor), easy to assemble, and very attractive. My only disappointment is that it does not seem possible to order the table separately. The bistro set, which includes the table, was not available when I ordered so I got the chairs thinking I could order the table later. Unfortunately it does not seem to be offered individually so if you want the table too, be sure to order the bistro set.
