Everything came very organized and easy to go through. I was nervous because of the reviews of setup but I did the base myself. I do have a background in building and I’m crafty in figuring out how to do things by myself. My 17 yr old son Helped me with the top frame structure which would be a bit challenge to do on your own but if there’s a will there’s a way. I installed the top roof myself and part of the bottom roof. My stepdad helped slide metal roofing into place which was a huge help as the metal sheets need some adjusting from top and underneath to get them to slide into place. I also recommend a drill with a hex bit which made it much easier and faster to get roofing screwed down. It’s sturdy and for the price i recommend. It looks very nice and it has ample room in the 10x12. I started it on a Saturday afternoon went surfing came back got the base finished. Sunday was Easter went to church, checked waves again, ate Easter dinner and had the main structure finished by Sunday evening. My hands are cut up from the metal but it was worth it. We’ve had rain everyday since and have sat under there by our gas fire pit and not one leak. Great addition to the backyard. We live in Florida on the marsh at the beach so the bugs get real bad. Looking forward to sitting outside and enjoying the yard this time of year. ... show more

Seems good quality, and looks exactly as we expected it to. Only took off one star, because the instruction book is not really “instructions” it’s more of descriptions of the parts used for each step, doesn’t really explain how to install them. But we managed to figure it out. The roof was tricky in some spots to make sure they side in properly. Took a total of probably 8 hours of work time between 2 days. ... show more

Very good and sturdy product. Allen key stayed in shape for all assembly and no screws warped. That tells the quality of components. Got ample spares. Metal sheet edge protectors were plastic, so comparatively better than metal ones from other brands, for assembly. No paint peeling off in any metal surface. One tiny compliant is, part numbers on items were little hard to find during assembly. So, i re-stickered all packs in one shot. Then it was breeze. Just generic instruction- if you see any misalignment of screw hole in roof part, do not force. Loosen the tightened screws in the frame and it will auto align. I had to place gazebo on paver patio, which has gravel underneath. So, made up some planter like cubes and filled with rocks, stones and marble chips. Ultimately the strength of the grounding is on 1/8th plate that is contacting the ground. Any amount of stake or screw cannot surpass that. So, these planters hugging the legs with weight for more surface area should be enough to hold. Of course i did stake 2 legs with one each for horizontal stability. Now, this is looking great. Way better than I thought it would be for price. Took 8 hours assembled by myself. Make sure you open every box, it will surprise you where they packed things in. All parts there, all material packed great no dings or dents. This takes a ton of space to build, move everything. When you start a section, there may be three or four pages of different instructions for that same section. Make sure you read them all first, it makes it easier to put it together. I used a ratchet 10 mm socket and an impact driver, sped the installation up. Make sure you have plenty space to slide the metal panels into the channels. Love this gazebo best value for its money. Instructions were not very helpful but if you have a handy man it will come together nicely. Only thing that was disappointing is when it got slightly windy the big netting/curtains did not want to stay sipped up and the zippers broke.

So far so good. The assembly has not been hard or bad. All the pieces seem to be included. I still have to put the roof tiles on. The complaint I have, is, this is advertised as 10X12 but the frame of the white 10X12 gazebo is 8 1/2 by 10 1/2. Where is the rest of the inches?? This feels like false advertising. *Revised* Gazebo was built, sturdy, and looked nice on our deck. We put tools away because rain was on the way before having a chance to secure it to the deck and the storm carried it away from its light weight material. Completely destroyed. We are so sad that we did not get to enjoy it. ... show more

Looks great. Good quality once up, I anchored it with stone in buckets at each leg. Instructions are just picture's and sometimes confusing. Not easy putting it together, I’m handy, hundreds of screws. Total time, 2 days maybe 8 hours. Once completed we love it
