I'll start out by saying that these pans appear to be very high quality and are pretty to look at. Mine arrived in great shape. I've done some cooking with them (on a glass-top stove) and they are indeed no stick. I have cooked eggs without using anything to keep them from sticking. The eggs just slid out of the pan and onto the plate. I think with these pans IT'S IMPORTANT TO READ THE LITTLE MANUAL THAT COMES WITH THEM BEFORE YOU USE THEM. There are some recommendations there that will make these pans last a lot longer. They recommend that you coat the inside of each pan with cooking oil on low stove-top heat for two minutes...let cool and then wipe off. I did this and the oil did indeed soak into the pan like it was supposed to, making it VERY non-stick. My guess is that this might need to be done from time to time. Also, they recommend that you don't take a hot pan right off the stove and put cold water into it...it may scald. Things like this are important to know. So be sure to read your manual. I took one star off because I think the knob handles on the glass lids are weird. They are wood (looking) and then have this rubber leaf-shaped thing that goes on the end. My rubber ends keep coming off. Why was the lid handle not just rounded on the end to keep things simple? The massive lid handles make the lids hard to stack and store. I think this is supposed to be a "design" thing...but to me, it's "form over function". You do have to attach all of the wooden handles and knobs to the pans and I have to admit that I'm impressed that they included a perfectly good Phillip's screwdriver with the pans. Other than those wonky lid handles, these are fantastic pans.

I love these pans! They heat evenly and clean up very easily with a few wipes. I bought a similar set years ago and made the mistake of constantly washing them in the dishwasher. Even though the pan was fine eventually the handle section started to degrade. That being the case, even though the company says you can wash them in the dishwasher I would wash them by hand most of the time for them to last the longest. I would consider them a good investment for minimal cost.

I love to cook and have gone through WAY too many frying pans! They warp, or scratch, or the non-stick starts becoming sticky or coming off. These pans are the best I've found. I do what they say, put a little bit of butter or oil in the pan before frying something like eggs, and I only use medium heat, even when warming up. The heat is perfect to cook omelet's or fried potatoes, or bacon, etc, and I never have to turn it up higher as the pan spreads the heat across it, I find I have to turn it down. I use non-stick spatula's too. I have had these for about 5 months now and they look just like they were new. Clean up is literally a breeze. I would recommend them over the Teflon type, as those are just a few months from starting to lose their non-stick ability. I don't think you'll be disappointed. And yes it's odd that you have to screw the handle on, but literally took me like 5 minutes to do all 3, and they haven't loosened. Go for it, you'll be glad you did!

So far the skillets are working great. Nothing has stuck including eggs. Easy clean up. They have a nice weight to them. I also put down liners in each skillet to help not scratch. Update: I was pleased with this set and purchased a 2nd set as a gift. I only wish the handles didn't get so slick when spatters get on them.. They are nice-looking handles, however.

I really like these pans. Seasoned them like the instructions say and I add a little oil with everything I cook. ZERO sticky messes so far. I've done fried eggs(no issues), sticky Chinese dishes(no issues), pancakes(no issues). They wipe out easy with a little dish soap and a sponge. They even come with a screw driver to attach the handles with. I even use less energy cooking cause they heat up so quickly, I rarely turn my cooktop past low.

I love these pan but the handles are wobbly and keep coming out. I tried to put liquid cement and that helped a bit with it not falling out buts it still wiggles.
