This headset was a major disappointment. The base station (USB-C) constantly connected and disconnected from my 32GB MacBook Pro with M Pro chip, sometimes every minute. I tried all the troubleshooting steps I could find, including disabling power-related settings, changing cables, updating firmware, etc. but nothing fixed it. In my case, it simply was not compatible with my MacBook Pro and had to be returned. Yealink support was not helpful beyond telling me to return it to the retailer - their support is an AI agent only through a ticketing system. Even when it did stay connected, the internal voice prompts sounded tinny and hollow. The boom mic is fixed on the right side and cannot be adjusted to the other side, which can be awkward depending on your desk setup and workflow. The screen also constantly says “connected to PC” when you are not on a call, and there does not appear to be a way to change that. I had hoped this would be a solid competitor to Jabra or Poly, but it fell far short for me.

Excellent headset. Top notch sound quality, connectivity, and overall usability. But honestly just a bit overkill for the average consumer. I feel its priced at a point that this company knows a corporation will pay, but im just not sure its worth it myself. Again, absolutely zero issues other than price. So if you can justify the cost, I definitely recommend l, its great!

Fantastic all around - Great sound, great connectivity - I use it for my IP Phone, iPhone and PC - Sound quality amazing - Very comfortable to wear and great active noise cancellation which is KEY when you're in a busy environment Super long battery life as well - I've been waiting for something like this to come out for a long time now

I’ve been using the Yealink WH68 workstation for my work from home job with Chewy, and it has truly made my day to day SO much smoother. I didn’t realize how much I was juggling before until everything got streamlined into one spot. The whole all-in-one workstation setup is super convenient. I’ve got my computer, phone, and everything connected without having cords all over my desk, which I absolutely love. The touch screen is really responsive and very easy to use. Call quality has been wonderful. I spend a lot of time talking to customers, and voices come through super clear on both ends. The noise canceling does a great job too. My house can get a little noisy at times, and this blocks out most of that so I don’t have to stress about background sounds. The wireless range is another thing I’ve been enjoying. I can step away from my desk, grab something from the kitchen, or let my dog out without worrying about dropping a call. It gives me a lot more freedom than I’m used to! Comfort-wise, it’s been great for long shifts. Some days I'm working 10+ hours and I can wear it the entire time without the headset bothering me, which is a big deal when you’re on calls most of the day. It just feels like everything works the way it should without any added stress, which is exactly what I need for work. Yes it's a bit pricey, but when you consider all the ways it makes working from home simpler, on top of how well all the different features work, I believe it's 100% worth the investment. Highly recommended.

If I could give this Yealink WH68 Workstation DECT wireless headset more than 5 stars, I would. It has so many cool features that provide the perfect office phone headset. I'll start with the distance. You can go up to 606 ft away from the workstation and still get signal, which is awesome for a home work station. I can basically travel all over my small house and still be on the phone without static or interruption. If I need a cup of coffee mid-call, this workstation allows me to do that! The talk time on this workstation is awesome. I charge it every night and it's never died on me. I talk all day long on the phone and it's never been an issue, although if it was, it charges quickly at only an hour and a half to total charge. I love the 4" touch screen on the workstation, as it gives me an easy way to manage all of my calls. The mic quality and clarity of each call is perfect, never causing any issue and allows me to hear clients quite clearly. I've never had anyone say that there was static or that they couldn't understand me. At $299.99 (at time of purchase) it's a bit pricey, but I'd say totally worth it for all of the wonderful qualities this phone station has. I do recommend this, even at that price, especially for anyone working from home.

It works with Teams and Zoom, which covers most office setups without any extra configuration headaches. The base station doubles as a 3-port USB hub and a speakerphone with a 4-inch touch screen for call management, so it's genuinely replacing multiple items on your desk rather than just adding to the clutter 🖥️ The DECT wireless range is supposedly 606 ft (185m), which is overkill for most offices but useful in larger open floor plans. It connects to three devices simultaneously: an IP phone, PC, and mobile phone, switching between them without needing to re-pair. The 4-mic hybrid ANC setup with Yealink Acoustic Shield Technology 3.0 does a solid job filtering background noise in open office environments. Battery-wise, a 1.5-hour quick charge gets you up to 32 hours of talk time, with 195 hours of standby.
