I was really hesitant about spending as much as I did on these. When the box arrived, I was disappointed, wondering why it was so small. I was picturing a bigger, bulkier gaming-style headset. Charged up using the USB-C charger that, thank goodness, my cell phone takes, so that's one less charger wire to keep track of. The first time I wore these, I was not impressed by the size. I was worried I was gonna break them. I don't have a large head so fitment shouldn't be an issue. The boom mike is *short*. I was thinking it would be in front of my mouth like other headsets. It's short and sits off the corner of your mouth—kind of frustrating. Finally, the good news. These are seriously awesome. I drive a loud trash truck all day, and I didn't think these were gonna be loud enough or cancel out the background noise. They do! The mobile app is easy to download and walks you through the setup. You can set it to your preferences. I streamed music from Pandora all day, and my battery is at 89% after 10 hours. Impressive! They WILL pair with multiple devices. I had trouble here, so let me help you. With older units, you have to press and hold this and that. On this headset, double-press the little blue parrot 🐦 icon to enter pairing mode. I have both my personal and my work cell paired at the same time. The paperwork claims you can have up to 8 devices paired; any more than that, and it will delete the oldest and replace it with the newest. Everyone I have talked to hasn't mentioned that they can't hear me. My conversations have been normal. Not like your granddad screaming into the cell phone, thinking you can hear better. Regular conversation is fine. These have 3 audio settings to help you hear better. You can have spatial audio (still hear the sound around you), noise canceling (where you can only hear the earmuff, with less background noise), and a just-plain "off" setting. I use the pass through a spatial setting. I wear mine over my ball cap hat. They have been just fine. I get out of the truck, walk to the back, and I'm still connected (approximately 20 ft away). Conclusion: I like them, I'm happy with them, and I recommend them. If anything changes, I'll update my review. These are the best Bluetooth "phone" headphones I've ever had. ... show more

I had the B350, B450 which I just have to a coworker who has never had a Blueparrott and he is loving it. I had 2 S650's I gave one of those to my cousin who is a kinda recent truck driver and then bought the Pro B450. I test them on a audio recording app on my phone with the tv on and people talking. They all slightly picked up the voices from the tv because from what I understood these are designed to cancel out background noise except for vocal noise. This Pro B450 is insane. When I started recording on this app it has a constant line like a heart rate monitor and it will spread when noise is detected. I didn't speak for like 10 seconds and it was completely flat until I started talking. I played it back and insanely complete silence till I talked. Amazing noise cancelling. I drive an old 2006 Peterbilt 389 and it is rickety, very loud and everyone I talk to is impressed and am sayi can hear you like really hear you crisp and clear. The incoming audio volume is louder than on my S650. For some reason as big as the ear cup is it was not very loud and had to roll the windows up. With the pro I can have the windows halfway down and still hear very good while going 70 mph. The only con is I wish it came with a case like the S650. Also to add the Pro B450 is lighter and more comfortable than the S650. Like very comfortable. Not that it was ridiculously heavy or uncomfortable but the Pro B450 exceeds in that. So I thought blue parrot might have listened to all the comments regarding the tiny earpads but nope, they did not. This thing presses up against the outer ear. it won't fit anyone except children and infants. I find it hard to fathom how a company can fetch $200 for a product with such a fundamental design flaw. It works really well the noise canceling does mess with my ears idk about anyone else but works great for phone calls music and listening to books the sound quality is also really good 4 stars just for the ANSI mode for the headset

Volume is severely limited compared to the older models. I'm sure someone complained about them being too loud instead of using the volume as intended and now we all have to suffer. My cab is around 85 decibels, so this just doesn't cut it. My classic 450 is significantly louder than this, so I'll keep my old one that's falling apart instead of having to ask my calls to repeat themselves, fifteen times. ... show more

Bought this for my trucker husband and he had issues with a clicking sound but then figured out the settings and now works just fine. If you buy it make sure you download the app so you can adjust accordingly
