This is the greatest and best headset I've ever had for my job. It's very comfortable, the materials are very high quality. I don't feel like my sweats going to easily deteriorate the material on the ear cuffs. It doesn't easily fall off my head anytime I move my head any type of witch away. The sound is immaculate, the noise suppression can be changed to be 50% if not 10%. It's a very good headset. My only gripe that I can think of at the moment is that I'm having a bit of a hard time hooking it up to my blue parrot app, but I think that's more the apps fault not the headset. I wish that the price was $180 by default maybe 200 by default, and then if it was on sale you can get it for $150. But other than that it's a really good headset. ... show more

    • Overpriced and Unreliable Headphones

For such an expensive pair of headphones, these are truly a poor model. Initially, after I bought them, they updated the firmware. I kept thinking that the problems would go away with the new firmware updates. However, once the firmware reached version 1.20, updates stopped. It’s been over a year now without any updates. It seems the manufacturer has given up because they can’t fix the issues. Here are the constant problems: 1. After a long conversation, when I put down my phone and answer a new call, the caller always tells me they can barely hear me. To fix this, I have to restart the headphones by turning them off and on again. 2. If you’re on a phone call and someone calls you on WhatsApp, Viber, or any other app, and you switch between calls, the headphones freeze. You have to completely turn them off and on to reset them. 3. The call answer button remains a mystery. Sometimes pressing the button answers the call instantly. Other times, I have to press it five times in a row to answer a call. For this price, I definitely do not recommend these headphones. They are a waste of money. I bought the model with two earbuds, but the second earbud is never needed. There’s no reason to pay extra for it. These are the first headphones from this brand, and I’m very disappointed with their quality. Customer support can’t provide any proper solutions. They constantly suggest firmware updates or resetting to factory settings. I’ve done this a hundred times already. These headphones are definitely not worth $250. I recently purchased the blue parrot S650-XT Bluetooth headphone and I couldn’t be happier!! It was a gift for a friend of mine and he was also happy with my choice. He told me that the sound quality was fantastic and that the noise-canceling feature is a game-changer, especially for making calls in a noisy environment. Bought these because my Bose headphones had a mic that would pic up a mouse’s fart with it and everybody could hear all the background noise. This mic however makes me sound crystal clear like right next to them. I will say I thought these were gonna be over the ear but sadly they are on ear. That’s my fault for not fully reading into these. Some other gripes I have with them other than them being on ear is, that sometimes they will pickup the call then loose the connection to my phone. Have to wait for the voice command prompt to play before it won’t answer after me yelling and talking dirty at it to answer so I have to manually answer it with the headset button. When you only have it with one ear muff on they don’t stay on my head while securing a load but if I run both and leave one muff to the side of my ear they stay on. Hear through mode could be better but i manly run one muff The good - long battery life. suprisingly great audio. Great mic for others to hear you and cut out background noise. Nice carry case (not a soft shell so that’s a plus). Love the option to run two muffs or one. Bluetooth range is pretty good, drive a day cab pulling a 55’ lowboy that even when I’m at the back empty or with our stump grinder on it, the headset stays connected when my phone is in the cab. ... show more

This brand is my go to as a CDLA since the OTR times until now. I owned several brand names e.g Sony WH-1000XM series and Sennheiser for the ultimate sound quality /clarity but this one is very specialized. Super clear sound and 36 hours of battery life. It supports the latest Bluetooth connectivity standard. The sound quality is decent and clean. It's not over the ear as I like it but it's on ear yet still comfortable enough for few hours.     • You're paying for a battery

I've bought 2 650 models now and they are the worst. I thought the first pair might have been a dud and couldn't return them so I bought another pair and had the same issues. Half the time if you end a call, instead of picking up where it left off on your music, it just disconnects. But not all the way. It's stuck connected but not playing anything and you can't shut it off to reset and reconnect it because the power button won't work. So while you're driving, you have to plug it in so it will shut itself off then you can turn it back on and reconnect. My co-driver has a 450 model and let me use it.... it's actually loud the way I thought the 650 should be. I can barely hear anything on mine. Turned up all the way, my 650 is maybe 30% loud on his headset. I also am told that no one can hear me. I have to slide the headset almost off my ear, and hold the mic to the point where I'm almost eating it to be heard at all. With no option to shut off the noise cancelling on the mic. And if you plan on wearing it all day, get ready for your eats to give you headaches. One side smooshes your ear to your head, and the other side will irritate behind your ear until just a little bit of sweat makes the rubber pad come off and then the bare plastic pad will also irritate your head. They have too many bugs to fix on this model. Don't bother until they do. Buy the 450, or just don't support this company. If this is the best and basically only headset company for truckers, buy anything else. They need to do better or go broke. Instead of pedaling this over priced crap. Quality-crap fit-crap ease of use- crap mic quality-crap app and controls-crap bluetooth-crap charging ability- crap Battery- the longest lasting. Is it worth it? I'll sell you both of mine for half the price and then you can tell me. I wouldn't take them if they were free. ... show more
