  • Good audio quality and comfortable to wear for long periods
Size: Dual-ear, USB-A Dongle Style: Teams Certified Pattern: Charging Cord
Good quality headset. I use it for remote sales calls and training calls over Zoom. Good audio quality and the microphone is clear for the most part (unless my beard gets in the way). It’s lightweight on your head and doesn’t move around on you which is nice.

  • They work well ...Until they break.
Size: Single-ear, USB-A Dongle Style: All Platforms Pattern: Charging Cord
Ive purchased 2 pair of these head phones. I really like them. They are comfortable and work better than some if the others I have tried. The sound is crystal clear...not muffled at all and the range is good. They work well with Avaya. My only issue is that after normal use, they broke in the same place twice after a couple of months. I think I will try another brand this go round. Update... I have yet to find headphones with the clarity that these have. Guess I'll have to stick with these. ... show more

  • Better than the alternatives in this price bracket
Size: Dual-ear, USB-A Dongle Style: All Platforms Pattern: Charging Cord
Have bought 8 of these for my office. Will keep buying them due to sound quality, noise cancellation, and ease of use....but wish the ear pieces were more sturdy. Have broken 3 units over 3 years.

  • Lousy wireless connection, minimal range, not worth the cost
Size: Dual-ear, USB-A Dongle Style: Teams Certified Pattern: Charging Cord
I don't normally review products, but this headset was absolutely horrible and demands a review. I bought it to use with my PC for online education via Go To Meeting sessions. I plugged it in and connected the USB cable to charge while listening to a training video and was impressed with the sound quality and fit of the headset. After the battery charged, I disconnected the USB cable and tried watching the same video again and had immediate distortion of audio and drop out if I turned my head slightly or moved away from the PC. The PC and BT transceiver are on my right side, about three feet away from the headset as I wear it. I walked about 10 feet out of the room, still in line of sight of the PC, and totally lost the signal, as announced by a pleasant voice in the headset. I switched the headset so the mic was on my right side facing the PC and the dropout rate was reduced but there was still occasional clipping of the audio. Then I placed my hands over the headset to adjust the fit and totally lost the signal again. Soon as my hands were removed, audio was restored. Put my right hand up to my ear and the audio dropped out or was clipped until I lowered my hand. I spent $200.00 on this headset for the "long wireless range" the device is supposed to have, but if it won't work sitting right next to the PC, then that's a problem. I have been using a pair of Plantronics Audio 995 wireless headsets that cost $50.00 and work 100 times better than the Jabra device. I've never had any dropout or clipping while sitting next to the PC and I have been able to walk out of sight of the PC and still maintain a weak connection. I went to Jabra's website for support, entered the model number, and called the number listed to see if they had any suggestions. The first thing the guy told me was that I contacted the wrong department. It's not like I used the yellow pages to get their number, if their website can't give me the correct number for the model I entered, well, that's their problem. So I told him the headsets weren't working right and since he couldn't help me, I'd return them and use the Plantronics that work much better out of the box. Bottom line, for $200.00 I'd expect something that works better, not worse, than the $50.00 Plantronics headset I have. Very disappointing. ... show more

  • Great head set!
Size: Dual-ear, USB-A Dongle Style: Teams Certified Pattern: Charging Cord
I waited to write this review to see how long and how well this head set works / lasts. December I will have had it 3 years. I use it daily all day to the point it is always around my neck. I work dispatch for a plumbing company. I don’t sit behind a desk all day because I wear many hats for the company and run errands etc all the while answering the phone. This head set is awesome as it is easy to get on in a hurry and it connects at the touch a button. You can be beside something super loud and the customer doesn’t hear a thing. I have driven in my jeep with the top down and answered a call and you don’t hear any wind or background noise. The range is also very good as I can walk away from my phone about 2 rooms and stillI have good connection. It is now about time for me to order a new one as the head piece has stretched now and it’s hard to keep on. I have worn it completely out, but it has served me well. I ordered a stand for it to sit on at night while it’s charging and I really like that as well. They are mid size, but I am okay with that as they serve their purpose. I highly recommend, but keep in mind. If you wear them as much as I do, be prepared to replace in about 2&1/2 to 3 years. ... show more

  • Would be excellent if they were built to last
Size: Dual-ear, USB-A Dongle Style: All Platforms Pattern: Charging Cord
I just had my second pair of these break on me, both in the exact same way. Given what they cost, I would expect much better longevity. I will not be buying more of these. I work from home, and between regular teleconference calls and on-call support, I can spend a lot of time on the phone in a work week. These had become an indispensable part of my home office. The headphones are full range and clear, the microphone is very good. Nobody has trouble hearing or understanding me. Battery life is excellent, wireless range is very good. I thought that I'd found the perfect headphones. But they have a fatal flaw: they use a piece of plastic in a critical part that connects the earpieces to the headband. I'm not rough on my headsets...they live on a headphone stand when they're not on my head. They don't leave the house, they're pampered as much as could reasonably be expected. And yet, both of my pairs of these headphones have broken in the exact same way, right where the earpiece attaches to the headband. And once they break, they're not able to be repaired. I'm moving on from Jabra. I'll try Sennheiser and see if their offerings are built to last longer. ... show more
