These headphones do a stellar job at removing background noise. Some details: Functionality: 5/5 - I got these headphones for my job, which allowed me to work from home. My WiFi at the time wasn't great, so I would regularly have to work from a coffee shop that had a ton of background noise (especially during holidays - the owners kind of went wild especially during Halloween). Despite the werewolf animatronics howling every few minutes, none of the background noise could be heard by coworkers or clients. Because these aren't noise cancelling headphones, the background noise might still be distracting to you, but if your only concern is blocking others from hearing your background noise, these are superb. Comfort: 3.5/5 - They're a bit uncomfortable, to be honest. It digs into your temple a bit. You can adjust the tension and length, but if you have to wear them for an extended period of time (such as if you have several meetings in a row), it will almost definitely start to hurt a bit over time. Audio quality: 4/5 - The audio quality is fine. Obviously these aren't going to be a great option for listening to music, but for their intended purpose they meet expectations. My only issue is that listening to audio out of only one ear can get annoying after a while. You can adjust/reverse them, so it's easy to switch ears, but then you're still just hearing out of one ear. However, while it would be nice to have noise cancelling headphones that go over both ears, a simple glance at the product images tells you that these headphones won't provide that, so the fact that you can only hear out of one ear hasn't impacted my overall rating because it wasn't a case of an unmet expectation. Overall, these headphones do pretty much exactly what they claim. They block out background noise like a charm, and the microphone still picks up your voice without making it sound weird. For that reason, despite the slight discomfort, I feel this product does deserve five stars - although I would probably go 4.5 if I could. ... show more

He says it has crisp sound and he loves the ability to use the voice commands instead of having to touch his phone. Light weight and easy to adjust to fit him. Battery lasts him two days easily.     • Disappointing headset with noise canceling and durability issues

I purchased the BlueParrott Trucker headset for my job and was initially impressed by the features and design. However, after a few weeks of use, I have encountered a number of issues that have left me feeling disappointed. Firstly, the connectivity is very spotty and I often have trouble connecting to my phone or other devices. Even when I am connected, the sound quality is often poor and I frequently experience dropped calls and static. The noise canceling feature is also not as effective as I had hoped, as I can still hear background noise and wind while using the headset. In addition to the connectivity issues, I have also found that the durability of the headset is lacking. The ear cup has come loose several times and I have had to reattach it myself. The headband also feels flimsy and I am concerned that it may break or snap with extended use. Finally, I find that the headset is not very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The ear cups are too small and do not fit well over my ears, causing discomfort and even pain after a few hours of use. The headband is also not padded enough and causes pressure on the top of my head. Overall, I am very disappointed with the BlueParrott Trucker headset and would not recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and durable headset. I’m a truck driver so yeah I use it eveyday for long hours. So far so good works well, good battery life, I got one for my wife and for me as well and works good. And it’s not overpriced like in the truck stops.

I had a Blue Parrot 450 for quite awhile, lost it, bought another September of last year. The first one had micro usb, as was common when it was purchased, but my second had a usb-c charger port. I loved the fact i could carry less cables to charge with. Lost that 450 sadly and needed one asap for work. Only same day available was the 550, seems like a nicer unit overall but it has a micro usb vs a usb-c that is super common and all my other devices use. ... show more
