I thought the chair would have more cushion. Since it doesn't, I have to add my own. I have only been using it for a couple of days but happy so far. It fits my body well. I had to return a previous chair because it was too big. I am 5 foot 5 and 127 pounds. Took one star off for the cushioning.

This chair met my expectations. It was very well packaged and comes with great directions. I love the arms that flip up to allow for it to be pushed in under my desk. My desk are is fairly small and I needed a chair with smaller rollers to allow me to access one of my bottom file drawers and this is perfect.
