The chairs are gorgeous. Taking them out of the box, each piece was carefully wrapped with 2 layers, a thin wrapping of fabric and then styrofoam covering that so NO scratches. It was a BREEZE putting them together with a total of 8 screws for each chair. I LOVE how the red perks up my all white kitchen! I did take one star off because they are a little wobbly due to its just one pole you're sitting on. It seems very sturdy though. I've always sat on 4 legged bar chairs so maybe I'm just not used to it. The chairs itself are adjustable from a regular table height, counter height, and low bar height. I love these pink chairs! They’re so cute, soft, and girly! Great deal for the price, I wish I had more places for high chairs so I could buy more lol. They were easy to put together, other than needing a hand to get the black caps off, that was harder than I expected. Still giving it a 10/10

As expected for the price. Counter height and adjustable. Of course they are not 500 dollar stools but for the price they are really good. East to put together and fairly strong and sturdy. I purchased a set of 4 barstools. They come in with 2 chairs in a box. So I received 2 boxes with equipment to build 4 barstools. I opened them one by one and begin assembling. The instructions are very straightforward. You’re done building after 4 easy steps. The product is also really great quality and looks just like the photo. After assembling 3 and getting to the last one I notice a big piece is missing. It’s the last hydraulic for this barstool and without it I cannot even sit on the chair. I reached out to the manufacturer and the seller to see how I could go about getting a replacement. I was willing to pay even, however I was told to recheck my box, and I did. It’s was very evidently not there as this is a large piece. It would be very hard to miss. Rather than refunding me for the cost of the one chair, they offered a refund of half of what it would cost. While I do understand that they at least made an attempt to resolve the issue, this doesn’t replace the chair nor make it so I can actually sit on it. I reached out to ask for a full refund for the one chair and am currently waiting for a response. ... show more
