I don't think you'll find a better couch for the price. It was easy to set up and it looks nice. It has two weaknesses, both of which can be resolved with additional products: - The seating support is not great. You can fix that with an under-cushion board. I bought the 21" x 68" "Jin&Bao Couch Cushion Support" for about $30, and that has worked really well. - The back cushions are pretty thin & floppy, so when you lean back you feel the back edge of the couch pressing into your back. You can fix that with couch cushion inserts. I got the 20" x 18" "Litbird Couch Cushion Inserts". They're about $33 each, so for all 3 cushions you end up spending an additional $100. ... show more

I am very dissatisfied and wanted to provide a negative or zero star rating if there were such options available. With my first-hand experience, I really don't trust those who gave good ratings. Here is my honest review. The back pillows are so thin that they don't stand at their position, always get bent and lean back as you see in my attached pictures. So, I had to push the sofa all the way back so that the sofa touches the wall and the pillows get support from wall. Since the pillows are so thin and sloppy, they don't provide any back support and you will feel the hard wood back panel of the sofa hurting your back from behind the pillow. It is also not a sturdy sofa at all. In the listing pictures, the pillows look thicker which is misleading and fake. In essence, you will literally get no back support from the pillows and your back can get hurt if you want to sit back and relax on it. This is very uncomfortable and the worst sofa that I have ever seen in my life. This is what I am talking about just after receiving it. So, you can easily imagine what the condition of the back pillows will be after using it for a while. I know the price is cheaper but didn't expect such bad quality that I can't even use it. So, think twice whether or not you want to waste money to buy it that you can't relax on and can injure your back with. I am not sure how I can return this now as the seats are out of the vacuum seal and inflated that everything will not fit the original box. ... show more

It came in 1 box, really light. Really easy to assemble (as long as you aren't an idiot like me) I put it together myself in 20 mins flat once I figured out what I was doing wrong. It needs a full 24 hours to let the cushions expand. The back cushions don't do much, you can easily feel the back of the couch. It's pretty deep when you sit in it. Definitely needs some throw pillows to even out the lack of cushion on the back pieces. It's not fancy, and it seems a lot of people think it's going to be fancy.
