I bought this chair to use with my desk for my dorm. The assembly with easy and simple. Anyone can do it. I looked on the internet for a chair for while and I am glad I bought this one. Is has a low back so doesn’t support you upper back/neck. That will be a issue if you sit for long periods of time. The seat itself is pretty wide. The quality is good. The cushion is firm and thick. The pieces for the bottom of the chair is also heavy and good quality. I would definitely recommend this chair. The only down side is that you don’t feel very sturdy in this chair. This chair is so fun! I bought it as my sewing room chair-fellow quilters, it’s SO handy! I sew on one edge of my table and have an ironing board laid out on the far side of the table and these wheels roll so smooth as I slide between the areas-makes the work glow really great too! No up and down with each seam sewn—Be sure to sit back far into it/and use the arm-holds when sitting, so it doesn’t slide right out from under you. That’s the only downside! And easily avoided! The rest is ALL positives! It’s so soft and cushioned I can sit in it for hours-but ergonomic enough that my posture is better, less slouching is great on my joints after a day in it. The color is so lively and true to the shade on the screen. The faux leather is easy to wipe clean, durable but so pleasant to the touch and it never gives me any trouble in shorts! The chair makes me smile! And it is a lovely touch of fun to any room-and my grandkids sure have fun spinning in it too! ... show more
