Purchased tool on amazon. I had a problem when i got it, contacted support, it took two tries and then it was good to go. I own a large automotive repair shop in michigan (18 bays). We have many other scan tools, multiple OEM, Snap on, Autel. Bought this for our oil change bays. Really impressed with the capabilities of this scan tool for around $1000. comes with 3 years updates... that almost makes this scan tool almost free! Seems well built and fast. We had several of the $500 scan tools from several manufactures, very limited and so darn SLOW. Spend the extra on this, its well worth it. It not quite as good as our $5000 scan tools... but it is really close! Great Value

Have had for 1 month really wanted to put it to work, very very fast scanner, scans all modules really fast with nice topology, haven’t had any issues with special functions or resets, graphing and data logging is really good, it only allows for 8 pids to be logged and 6 individual graphs to be viewed at once would be nice if they added more graphs to be viewed at once hopefully in the future they add more, super smooth interface not laggy what so ever, they added kick stand which I know a lot of people were complaining about it not having one, charging dock is nice to just have it stationed conveniently on work bent and always charged, connectivity range is amazing, good pre and post scan reports.

The item is great lots of features but I had an issue with it freezing up during recording of live data I'm not sure if it was a software or hardware issue I did send it back and ordered another hoping I don't have the same issue I will update after I receive the replacement

I can not get over the different XTOOL has made in my life, had Autel and Snapon before this. updates coming in almost daily. (vise paying subscription to get them, or waiting every 6 months for next updates) but hands down the XTOOL support is my favorite part. anytime I have a question or try and perform a task like program a set of keys, install a transmission I can reach out and expect a reply usually in 24 hrs (longer for weekends..of course) i lave the wifi/bluetooth adapter. gives me longer ranges from the car.. and love the docking station. its fast processor, quick boot up times and its large display make life even sweeter. and to end this with the money it saves me... I got three years service and after 3 years. its around 250 a year! vises 500(Autel) and 1200 (snapon).subscription prices that i paid prior to this. Black friday sales are around the corner.. Best time to upgrade with discounted prices ...Whats in your toolbox?

No one scanner does everything for every car, but this one does more than any I've seen. At times the Android OS makes some file operations with Windows and Google Apps difficult, but the workarounds seem to handle those. Powerful tool to aid in the diagnosis of not just TDC's but all systems in general. Bi-directional as well as graphing and freeze frame help pin down the search for problems. It has been essential in zeroing in on what items need to be analyzed with a DSO. Every use leads to more learning and knowledge of the complex auto systems. 3 year of included updates included.

Full featured very capable bi-directional scan tool. So far it has done just about everything I need from it. The one thing I wanted to do with it was to change the values for the fuel gauge from the sending unit in my 2008 F250. It does a full gauge sweep check but won't let me change the value. The gauge won't read full with a new sending unit. Still very happy with it. Would buy again.

Overrated. It's not a supported Google device, so you cannot install any apps from the Google Store. It will not connect to Outlook or Gmail. You cannot setup a printer to print out your diagnostic reports. For the price all of this should work without issue. I spent several hours trying to get it setup, customer support is non-existent. Buy at your own risk. Not wasting anymore time since there is no customer support. Returned to Seller.
