I bought this scanner because I wanted to used in my Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart, but it doesn't come with the most important tools. When I sent a request of help, they answered that after their engineers checked carefully they was very sorry to informed that these functions are not supported on my Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart, so the device is unavailable to performance, Something so simple as oil transmission reset it doesn't work. Very disappointed 😞

I’m not a mechanic but dyi guy. This thing is pretty amazing. I tried to use on a 12 ram for a new key ignition module and it did not work. I reached out to the tech service and they got back to me the next day. I did not follow up with them to find a solution but I think they could have helped me out. ( I had a Chrysler tech program it for me. I needed it quick) but that being said I think all the other things it can do pretty cool. I have used on 2 fords and a gm and it can tell you things you never knew were wrong by watching the live data. You can test systems for operations to investigate problems. If your reading this I’m sure you know more than me but this will definitely up my game. Impressed!!!!
