Love this sauna. Heats up in 15-20 minutes and retains heat well. Max temp is 140*. Delivery was fast and professional and came in 2 boxes. I built a cart for the sauna to sit on. Reason being that space is limited in my garage and access to my cabinet is important. With the cart this solves the problem as it moves easily. The sauna assembly took 30 minutes start to finish with my son’s help. The panels are not really heavy, but you need someone to hold one up as you bring the other one up next to it to slide into the latches. Definitely do not recommend trying it alone. Do not drop the glass door… The wiring had no instructions but it’s pretty self-explanatory. You just figure out what plugs into what based on the size of the fittings. Don’t force any of them, each one should fit into its mate easily. The under seat connections are the first part and then connecting the wires on the ceiling are the second. Both parts were very easy and straightforward. The unit is beautiful. Mine had no defects or damage. It looked very very clean and neat. Very clean smooth panels with no splinters or rough edges. The glass door has heft and looks good. It closes magnetically and retains heat in the unit really well. The size is perfect for one person which is exactly what I wanted. The advantage in getting a one person spa is that it heats up fast; within about ten minutes. The light is a nice touch. I like the fact that it has a heating panel on the door itself. Connecting to the Bluetooth speakers had no instructions by the way so I had to look that up under questions and answers here on Amazon. After turning on the sauna power open the Bluetooth connection on your smart phone and you should see it. Speakers sound clear with volume controlled by your phone. Don’t take your phone into the unit as it will probably get damaged by the heat. I am 5‘ 9“. I sit in there very comfortably. My knees have about 2” clearance from the door. I ordered a sauna backrest as you can see in the photograph. Definitely a good addition. The sauna performs as expected, heats up fast and cycles on and off to maintain temperature. Because it’s infrared, you’ll feel the warmth immediately so you don’t need to wait for it to heat up to your target temperature. Some do but I prefer to let myself heat up with the unit. Highly recommended.

I looked around at different sizes and prices of infrared saunas and decided to give this one a try. It seemed to have what I wanted in an infrared sauna and the price was reasonable. Couldn't have been easier to assemble. It took me longer to unpack the boxes than it did to connect everything up and plug it in. The site says you need two people to put this thing together. I am probably the exception. The UPS guy was able to unload the boxes right where I was going to put it and I fairly easily managed to put it together by myself. The only issue I had, which I wish the instructions had mentioned: I had to slightly adjust the glass on the door to keep it from rubbing along the bottom. To do that, you just slightly loosen the screws holding the hinge to the glass, then adjust the glass so it will open and close without rubbing. Then tighten the screws again. This is definitely a one person sauna. There's not a whole lot of room to move around once you sit down, but it does heat up to 140 degrees quickly--within 5 to 7 minutes. I can put my hands over my head though. The temperature maintains at 140 for about 15 minutes, then will cool down to 134 or 132 for a few minutes, but quickly gets back up to 140. I assume that's to keep parts from overheating. Some people mentioned this in their comments as "won't maintain temperature". I'm not finding it to be a real issue. The speakers are quality. I can connect my phone to the Bluetooth without any type of pairing process. Music sounds great, as do podcasts. The controls are simple to operate. Once you have a time and temperature set, all you do it hit the power button and it repeats the last cycle you did. I have had joint and inflammation issues for many years. The medication I take helps, but using this infrared sauna is really making a different in my overall pain level, as well as flexibility and movement. 20 minutes in the sauna followed by a cold shower and I feel like a million bucks! Great purchase. I'm very happy with it.

The product's dimensions were incorrect, and the item quality overall cheap. This item arrived with holes and wood peeling from the wood glue. I recommend avoiding this third party seller and the co-ops.

I have been eyeing one of these for a while now and finally pulled the trigger. I went with the Xmatch due to all the good reviews, plus they are sold at other places then just amazon. So here is my review: First off shipping, was quick arrived in less then a week from order. Also packaging was rock solid 2 big boxes well protected. Assembly - It took longer to unbox then it did to put together, one person can do it with the exception of the final wall with the door, you will need one person on both sides to fenagle the door panel in the locking groves also to make shore the glass door stays in place. We have used it every day for a week now and it works perfectly I turn it on and let it do its 10min warm up then I stay in the full 50 minutes. When I come out i am soaked (I can literally ring out my Skiviez's) Hits right around 140 degrees cuts off then cycles back on when it hit 135 degrees. During the warm up period I use a micro fiber towel that i put a couple of drops of Eucalyptus oil on and hang it on the towel hanger, really helps open up your lungs when u first get in. Bluetooth speakers work great and I was able to connect our Samsung TV to them and can watch tv while sitting in. The only thing I would warn you on if you are over 6 feet tall you will be cramped up. Our 25 year old in 6 foot and he say's after 30 minutes it gets uncomfortable, I am 5'6 and wife is 5.3 and its perfect fit for us. Wish we would have got one of these sooner!!!
