I looked around at different sizes and prices of infrared saunas and decided to give this one a try. It seemed to have what I wanted in an infrared sauna and the price was reasonable. Couldn't have been easier to assemble. It took me longer to unpack the boxes than it did to connect everything up and plug it in. The site says you need two people to put this thing together. I am probably the exception. The UPS guy was able to unload the boxes right where I was going to put it and I fairly easily managed to put it together by myself. The only issue I had, which I wish the instructions had mentioned: I had to slightly adjust the glass on the door to keep it from rubbing along the bottom. To do that, you just slightly loosen the screws holding the hinge to the glass, then adjust the glass so it will open and close without rubbing. Then tighten the screws again. This is definitely a one person sauna. There's not a whole lot of room to move around once you sit down, but it does heat up to 140 degrees quickly--within 5 to 7 minutes. I can put my hands over my head though. The temperature maintains at 140 for about 15 minutes, then will cool down to 134 or 132 for a few minutes, but quickly gets back up to 140. I assume that's to keep parts from overheating. Some people mentioned this in their comments as "won't maintain temperature". I'm not finding it to be a real issue. The speakers are quality. I can connect my phone to the Bluetooth without any type of pairing process. Music sounds great, as do podcasts. The controls are simple to operate. Once you have a time and temperature set, all you do it hit the power button and it repeats the last cycle you did. I have had joint and inflammation issues for many years. The medication I take helps, but using this infrared sauna is really making a different in my overall pain level, as well as flexibility and movement. 20 minutes in the sauna followed by a cold shower and I feel like a million bucks! Great purchase. I'm very happy with it.

The infrared works appropriately, sometimes drops in temperature without provocation. But the wood material is cheaply made and wood pieces were stapled not sturdy.

Words cannot express how happy I am with this purchase. I am 5’3 and a woman, and I was able to move both packages into the area for setup and easily (well mostly easy) put this together all by myself. Yes another person would have been awesome but I am writing this to let folks know if you need to to do this by yourself you can. Aside from this, I was super impressed with how fast it was delivered. I was told March 4, and I had it by 2/26. I primarily purchased this because I was working on a ship that had a sauna and I was using it and it helped my joints and shoulder pain so much (I am a massage therapist) and being over 40…I was thrilled when I got the same results from this sauna. Not only that, I’ve lost a few pounds. This was the best purchase I have ever made other than my Celine sunglasses and handbag. Absolutely in love!! Oh also the sellers have a lightning fast response time and are super helpful if you have questions. Highly recommend this sauna!!!

5 stars two ways: the sauna is perfect-- I love it-- be careful putting it together (I didn't follow the directions, did it myself, the door broke--it's tempered glass- I vacuumed for a week and still find small little pieces-- don't be an idiot like me!) and yet, when I called the company, explained I was this fool, they discounted the replacement part and got it out to me quickly-- within a week I had the sauna working and have used it every day since. I'm a fan of infrared saunas-- instantly better sleep; if you do it after a workout, you'll sleep beautifully and recover for tomorrow's workout at the same time. Product- 5 stars-- customer service 5 stars; if you're thinking of this-- just do it. You'll be happy you did.

The media could not be loaded. I don't know why I never knew about these portable home saunas until now. I love mine so much. it's perfect and highly recommend. Ialso recommend that if your get one of these then get a back rest. it doesn't take up much space AND it is extremely easy to put together. It's all tongue and groove. no tools needed. I love my sauna. Go get one!

I thought the sauna was not heating correctly. I wrote to notify amazon that I was having a problem with my order. I was immediately connected with the sauna's support staff. They helped me trouble shoot and the error was my choice of temperature. Once I followed their recommendation the sauna works as it should. I am very pleased with the product and even more pleased with the people behind the product.

This sauna heats up to 140 in about 17 minutes. I like the fact the door actually has an infrared panel on it so you are completely surrounded by heating panels I bought this for the many health benefits and use it about 30 minutes a day after the 3rd I started getting more deep sleep according to my Oura ring sleep and activity monitor and am now getting twice the deep sleep after 2 weeks!
