This is nice product and I mounted it on the wall behind our recliners, this is easy to install and looks good with the speakers mounted. I installed a Vizio 5.1 sound system and they said it fit Vizio but the new Vizio speakers is a 4mm thread and they send a lot of screws but they do not send a 4mm so I had to rush to town before hardware closed to get a 4mm screw. I used clips to hold the wire against the wall so the animals would not mess with wires. ... show more

I used these wall mounts for my VIZIO SmartCast 5.1 satellite speakers. They are sturdy and built well to handle the weight of these speakers. They offer a good range of vertical angles to get the direction desired. They provide all parts needed for any mounting position you could possibly want. On top of that, they are so easy to install, it's impossible to mess up. My only wish is that in a vertical wall mount configuration with no angle adjustment, they had a shorter arm to make the speakers look a little more flush to the wall. ... show more

I'm pretty impressed. The EchoGear people seem to get it. All the materials in the box are high quality. Even the screws and the mollies they provide aren't cheaply made which you see so often these days. Bravo for a well made product! There are two extra mounts in the box, I'm guessing for if you have 7.1 surround but if you do need them, you'll need 4 extra mounting screws (and mollies). I didn't look at the instructions really, because the mounting is pretty intuitive, but they are worth a look nevertheless. ... show more

    • They work well with my Polk T15 speakers
These mounts are rated at 8 lbs capacity, the T15’s are 8.5 lbs. Understandably, the mounts aren’t quite heavy enough for the speakers, but in my case they are adequate. We have fireplace with mantle and flat screen tv mounted above that. I added the Polk bookshelf speakers to enhance the sound. But when sitting down to watch tv, the speakers were aimed above our head. Using these mounts, the speakers are now angled down toward the sofa, improving the sound immensely. The mantle is supporting the speakers so the mounts aren’t trying to support too much weight. Be careful with speaker weight if considering these. ... show more
