Thank you. We have two shower areas at home. I placed this tub inside one of them, as seen in the photo. I decided to place this tub indoors because the Puerto Rican climate is year-round harsh. It is also hurricane season here right now at the time of this review. I just like to keep plastic like this tub is made of protected from the sun, mold, animals, and whatever. I have a dehumidifier inside this shower area to help keep the moisture level down, and there are two windows in this area i open up. They provide cross currents of the Caribbean winds to flow throughout. And. The water in the tub can easily be drained into the shower drain. I made sure to point the two drain holes next to the shower drain before filling the tub up with water. I am 5 foot 4 inches and am a 135-140 pounder. I bought the extra large size to allow me to stretch out and move about. This size allows me to do that. I once had a very small ice tub that i had to sit upright and tightly in a fetal-like position. That felt too constricting. I have noticed that this plastic ice tub smells and feels healthier than the plastic of the other ice tub i previously had. This is a big deal. Thanks for the healthier plastic. I placed a step ladder, with a handle, next to the tub. This helps me get in and out of the tub safely, and comfortably for my height, and older age. This larger size makes it harder to keep the water ice cold, but i don’t mind that the water is not freezing cold. I feel relaxed and benefited, during and after a soak - even when it’s only 2-3 minutes long - with a cool temperature. I expect to use this water for a few more times before needing to drain and refill the tub with cleaner or healthier water. I do make sure to shower and exfoliate my skin, in the other shower, before entering this tub. This cleansing helps keep the tub water healthier or cleaner. Thanks again.

The price is cheap because the product is cheap. If you're looking for an ice bath, don't waste your money on this product. Fortunately for me, this was a gift to me from my daughter at Christmas, 2024. I feel bad for my daughter who spent some of her hard-earned money on this thoughtful gift but worthless product. I was hopeful that there would be some sort of return option. However, that time period has lapsed. The problem I experienced was that after initial use I put it a way for a couple of months because it was just too cold to be outside. When I brought it back out it would not hold water. I can tell you that I emptied the water. I carefully gathered it up and set it in a place it where it wouldn't be touched. What happened is one of the support bars which are cheap, cheap, cheap, cheap, plastic cracked. And somehow the bladder will not hold water. The manufacturer provided some of that plastic tape to fix it but I choose not to spend the time searching for some imperceptible tear. The lid also leaked from the very beginning. It fills up with air to help keep the water covered but never worked because the air bladder had a leak as well. I'm sure the manufacturer will say it's my fault. Please don't send any more money to this vendor. If and when I do look for an ice bath it for sure won't be one as cheaply made as this. My only wish is to get the money back for my daughter because she sure works hard for her money.

Sure! Here’s an expanded version of your review: I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly this cold plunge tub shipped—much faster than I expected! Right out of the box, the setup process was incredibly straightforward. Everything fit together perfectly without any hassle, making it simple to get started. For reference, I’m 5’5” and found the tub to be more than spacious enough. It’s comfortable and offers plenty of room to fully submerge without feeling cramped. One feature I really appreciated was the included lid. It’s a great addition, helping to keep the water clean and retain temperature when not in use. This is especially useful if you’re leaving the tub outside or in a space where debris might get in. In terms of water temperature, ambient temperatures in my area have been around 40–50°F, and I’ve found that this creates a great starting point for cold plunging. It’s just enough to give you that refreshing and invigorating experience without being overly intense for beginners. As a bonus, I discovered that my iPhone has a built-in temperature sensor, which I use to measure the water temperature. This has been surprisingly accurate and convenient for keeping track of how cold the water is before/after plunging in. Overall, this cold plunge tub has exceeded my expectations in terms of shipping speed, ease of setup, and functionality. If you’re considering adding cold water therapy to your routine, this is a fantastic option to get started!

Setup was very easy, material seems durable. Unfortunately after sitting for about an hour noticed a puddle under it. Thought maybe it was just from filling it up but came back later and found it actively dripping in multiple locations. Pictures are from about 2 hours after filling for first time Edit: i have increased to 4 stars. It is unfortunate about the leak but the manufacturer has reached out with a very fair and professional attempt to resolve.
