I love this set!!! I received the set in 4 large boxes, 2 delivered at one time and the second 2 a day later. I was contacted by the seller to let me know it was a split shipment. The boxes are very heavy so you may need help getthing them to their location. I built the entire set myself over the weekend. If you have a drill/power screwdriver with an allen wrench tip you will save a ton of time. I did not have one so I assembled with the allen wrench provided. It took me about six hours to put together the sofa, two side chairs and two ottomans. The next day I did the fire pit and side table which took about an hour to two hours. I highly recommend two people for the sofa as that piece took more than doing solo because it's large and hard to line up. But I got it assemble so it is doable with one person. The directions are limited with pictures to follow but not horrible. The side arms were a bit confusing and time consuming but it all came together. The parts were marked well and enough provided with extras. The firepit does come with lava rock, but I opted to buy diamond colored stones instead. Once it was all together, the fire pit finally lit (user error with the darn battery). I love this set and it is absolutely perfect for my small patio area.

It would be very helpful if it is stated in an obvious way that this product will have multiple shipments over multiple days. I've read other reviews (after I received my first shipment) that expressed the same fear - not all of the pieces were received, although tracking stated the order was delivered. In the end, I am satisfied with the product and recommend it.

We really enjoy the set! It fits well on our deck and it is comfortable. We did not like getting the set 1 or 2 pieces at a time. We were afraid they all would not come within the three day period. Also, the screws that come with this set are the 5 angled kind that were very time consuming to put together. So be prepared to spend some time putting this set together. Other than that, it is well made and we should have it for a long time. We like the fire pit too!

The delivery came before I expected it, which was nice, but I did not get the fire pit. I have called and was told to expect an email, which I have not gotten. The furniture is nice and went together fairly well, but I really wanted all that I paid for.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced set of patio furniture, this is it. As others have mentioned, it comes in four boxes, but they may not all show up on the same day. Don't panic - be patient! The boxes are quite large and quite heavy. As cautioned on the cartons, DO NOT open the boxes with a box cutter. You risk slicing into a cushion. Once opened, I was impressed with the packaging. All of the parts were well protected, either wrapped or bagged. The instructions are a bit sparse, but if you look at all of the pictures and assemble accordingly everything goes together quite easily. As the instructions mention, do not fully tighten any one item until you have all of the screws in. The parts include a hex wrench, but you my find it easier to use a T-handled hex or a powered screwdriver with a hex (CAUTION - do not over tighten with a power screwdriver or drill!). Total assembly time for the sofa, two chairs, two ottomans, the fire pit and the table was about five hours. I went slow, so I would not have to re-do anything. I was impressed with the sturdiness of the final product. The cushions are comfortable. They are more on the firm side versus plush / soft, but certainly not objectionable and in the long run will likely hold up better than a mushy soft cushion. I would say this set is quite a value, well designed and would recommend this product.

I recently had a few family service there and this seating set the atmosphere with family and friends enjoying sitting outside through the night, curling up and visiting around the fire pit. When I don’t have company, two of the chairs and an ottoman go on the back porch to watch sunsets and longhorn castle grazing. Absolutely love it!

It's nice and not bad to sit in, although the chairs don't rock or slide like I thought they would. Maybe in time they will loosen up. The cushions seemed a little smaller than I was hoping. Worried after some sitting they will flatten out. But for the price it's a very nice conversation piece. We also bought two extra chairs.

Fantastic furniture for the money. Everything is comfortable and came at about $800 cheaper than comparable furniture at our local Sam’s club. Definitely a decent amount to put together but more than worth it. Also, the company communicated with me directly about items in stock and provided separate tracking numbers for the boxes coming, this was especially helpful due to the carrier delivering some boxes on different days. All and all, I had everything I needed to put together with no shortage of parts. My wife loves it!
