So, my cats immediately pulled threads out of the ends, which isn't great... but they also have tried to scratch the center of the rug and haven't managed to pull threads there, so it's well-built. It has a nice grippy bottom, so it doesn't slide around the floor... but it also includes grippy pads to attach to the corners of the rug. I quite honestly might use them for another slippery rug, since this one doesn't move at all on my floor. It's really attractive--similar enough to my Oriental rugs that it fits right in--but it has the distinct advantage of being able to be washed in the washing machine. With all the animals that I have, vacuuming is just not enough to keep my floors clean. I'm starting to add washable rugs to the mix and they are a game changer! This is not a super soft rug--it's a tightly woven and not uncomfortable rug. It's great for decorating and for covering chilly floors as winter descends upon us. I put this rug in my guest room just before my mother, who has some mobility issues, came to visit. She liked the rug a lot--and it stayed put and didn't create a tripping hazard. It replaced a pretty and very fluffy rug... that isn't able to be machine washed and which got immediately stained with cat treats and fur. This low-pile, washable rug is a MUCH better option for the guest room that houses both my human guests, but also rescue cats as they prepare to go in to adoption and need house training. All in all, this rug is great for a busy household where its low-pile and easy maintenance are key.

I picked this up for my daughter and thought it would be more of the fuzzy bath mat style of rugs you often find on Amazon. This one is different. Pros: Pretty design which appears to be well made and lays nice even after being fold for shipping. Folds are minimal and should fade after use. Near nonexistent carpet pile makes this rug extremely easy to vacuum and spot clean. Rug is washable. Thin enough that you should be able to use a normal capacity machine. Wash at or below 160* F, no bleach, no iron. Thin, so less likely to make a tripping hazard. Entire back of carpet has a non slip backing that works well, but carpet also came with a package of "anti slip rug grips" for the corners of the carpet which are reusable, removable and machine washable. I personally don't think the carpet needs it. Design of rug makes it ok for high traffic areas. Cons: Design is lighter than pictured. More muted. This is more a rubber mat with a very very fine and thin slightly flocked printed design. This isn't going to be soft or plush, but rather visually pleasing. If you run your hand over the rug you can barely feel the flocking. If you are wanting fuzzy, this is a 'con' but if you are looking for durability and cleaning ease this is a 'pro'. Flammable! Fails U.S. Department of Commerce Standard FF 2-70 and therefore should not be used around a flame source or heated appliance. Overall, I actually like this rug. I've rated a number of rugs as a member of Amazon Vine and I appreciate the durability and ease in care and cleaning, something that is not always common with this style of run. I think it looks as lovely as many others but better long term quality. Sadly it's not soft and fluffy, but this also means it's going to hold up better to time and traffic meaning you are more likely to get your money out of this. I love the fact this is machine washable. That's a necessity in my house with pets and kids. The present price of $24.99 (+ additional 10% off coupon) is well with in fair market value. I've picked up rugs half as nice for twice as much. While I'm not thrilled by the fact it's flammable, the muted colors are only a mild issue for me. This would be a 5 star rug for me except the fire hazard issue.

Was looking for a back up area rug for when mine are in the wash and this was perfect. It’s super thin but if you looking for something temporary or just for looks it’s great. It comes with rug grippers as well which was nice, we did not use them as it’s a place holder rug. Right now we are using it in the kitchen on tile floors and it’s moves very little even without the rug gripper. The back has a slight rubberized coating. If you looking for an easy washable rug that is in a low traffic area this is a good rug for the price, higher traffic areas it may be too thin.

This Bavni Area Rug Machine Washable Vintage Distressed Print rug has a rubber Non-slip backing on the entire rug. It's a low profile rug that is soft, but not cushy at all. It's machine washable and easy to clean. That makes it great for my house that constantly has teenagers spilling stuff and a dog that tracks in mud. It's a pretty good deal for the price, and my wife doesn't hate it. A winner for me

Although I had to wait about a month for this product to arrive so I could review it, the rug is a nice quality washable rug. The colors of the rug represented in the pictures were very accurate. I'd say the colors were identical to what they showed. The rug colors are beautiful and vivid, without being overly bright. The rug comes folded. I'm not sure how long it will take for the rug to flatten completely, but in less than 24 hours, the rug is considerably flatter already. Even though the rug has an extremely short (almost non-existent) pile, the feel of the rug underfoot is soft and comfortable. The edges of the rug are nicely finished off with a tight loop stitch. Included with the rug are "Rug grips" for the four corners. I will not be using them in my application, but it is thoughtful for them to be included. The pattern and design of the rug will hide dirt and spots well between washings. This was a big consideration when I chose this rug to review, as it will be in a high-traffic area of my house. Overall, it appears to be a well-made washable rug.
