I purchased this sectional for two reasons: no assembly required and the ergonomically friendly design. It arrived in three boxes but all on the same day. I received notice that a signature was required but luckily it was delivered even though no one was home. It was packed very securely and cushioned well. I was amazed how well the pieces were packed one inside the other. Note that the two accent pillows are tucked under and inside one of the corner pieces. Only one piece was not level. Included were four extra feet with levelers. It was a pain getting the old one off, the reason is because there are two metals pieces that jut out to hold it in place I assume. It broke getting it out, not that that mattered, but I had to hammer it in in order to get the leveler installed. One armless piece was defective in that the back did not extend backwards like the other pieces and did not line up perfectly from front to back, as though it is a smidge shorter. Once the pieces are clipped together and cushions are in place it is not as noticeable so I will live with it. The glass is heavy and the suction cups held on firmly. I received two glass tops. I don’t know if his was in error but I am appreciative in case this one ever breaks. I haven’t taken the furniture cover out yet o see how many pieces it covers. I do wish that they had included one for every piece however because I now need to order covers for the two arm chairs. I believe I will be able to store the ottomans under the chairs. The color of the cushions are exactly as shown and very thick and sturdy. The back cushions are very comfy. It is not too low to the ground. It is an extremely comfortable height as I have a bad knee and have no issues going from a sitting to standing position. I was concerned because that was a huge issue in other sets I researched. The rattan is very dark, nearly black, which was my preference, but if you are searching for accent tables etc. be sure to buy either black or darkest rattan available. Each cushion comes with a square piece of material that is like the non slip pads for area rugs. It works on the chair cushions but is worthless on the ottomans. I will be putting Velcro instead. If you have little ones I suggest using corner covers on the glass top for safety. All in all, even with the defective chair, I am extremely pleased with set, size and color. It arrived very quickly. Within a week. Please be advised that the box did not say Xizzi, it said Ovios on it, I was so afraid that I had received the wrong set, thankfully it was exactly the one I ordered. Lastly, it also came with a little bag that held the couch cover, levelers and hooks which was a nice addition. The hooks are 5.1 cm on the inside in case more need to be ordered. One between each section seems to be working well so far but I was considering getting a fire pit for the center and connecting the coffee table in the middle of the two ottomans for additional seating so I would need a fifth hook. The ease of set up other than dealing with the one leg makes this sectional so worth it. As for quality, time will tell, but as of today I would definitely recommend it.     • Chair and Ottoman missing from order, poor customer service

This is a nice set, we ordered the blue and very pretty. It feels comfortable. It was easy to assemble. This set should have come with two chairs, two ottomans, a coffee table, and sofa. It arrived missing a chair and ottoman. Extremely disappointed with Amazon customer service, and have not heard back from seller yet. It’s all of these automated forms and you can’t explain your problem to an actual person. Will update this review if customer service responds. We’d love to get the other chair and ottoman we paid for!!! ... show more
